2022: Installing Touch cash registers in the cafe area and connecting a service to control the turnover of labeled products
The chain of supermarkets "Bukupochka" has updated the fleet of fiscal registrars, installed Touch cash registers in the cafe zone and connected a service to control the turnover of labeled products - the retailer has modernized software solutions and equipment of the cash zone in order to have timely support for all requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation. The choice once again fell on CSI solutions (the network's cash desks have been working for Set Retail for more than 5 years). This was announced on December 14, 2022 by Crystal Service Integration.
The network used in parallel 2 models of fiscal registrars of different manufacturers. Both worked perfectly, but the difficulties were created by working simultaneously with two different check patterns. To free itself from double work in servicing the functionality of the FR, the retailer opted for one of two solutions - Pirit 2F from CSI - and acquired 900 pieces in the summer of 2021 to equip the network. We managed to adjust the check form, reduce tape consumption, and provide new opportunities for the marketing department - printing images on the check.
"We changed the structure of the check basement. Combined in one block the printing of data on fiscalization and the QR code (previously they were printed one after another) - thereby we won somewhere around 1.5 cm in each check. The technical barcode was removed from print, several more improvements were made. In total, the monthly paper consumption decreased by 7%, which allows us to save up to 2 million rubles a year on printing checks, "- Igor Marishin, Deputy Chief information officer of the Bukupochka network. |
Touch cash desks CSI in the cafe areas inside the store in conjunction with the touch monoblock T-POS II have become part of the client service - according to the customer's feedback, communication with customers has reached a new level: Touch cash desks in the cafe area have simplified service: the cashier processes the purchase faster, since there is no need to drive in data from the keyboard. A checkout with a double screen gives the buyer the opportunity to see the composition of the check, and on the left side of the monitor facing him - a branded message in the corporate style of the network.
To control the turnover of labeled products, the retailer has connected the Set Mark Centrum service for food and non-food products (cigarettes, shoes) and Set Mark Alko to account for the sale of excise alcohol.
"With the introduction of the Set Mark service, the turnover of labeled products became controlled. Previously, it was difficult to track violations, all problems were identified during audits. With Set Mark, we began to receive real-time operational information, there are no more delays in the control process, "added Igor Marishin. |
