2023: Platform Launch

On March 28, 2023, Skillfactory School of IT Professions announced that it was changing its approach to learning and launching Factori, a platform where companies can delegate their tasks. As of March 2023, according to respondents, heads of Russian companies, one of the key requirements for novice specialists is the availability of practical experience. 65% of respondents said that they are ready to outsource work tasks, cases or projects to online course students, 37% of them are already planning to introduce such a practice in the near future. At the same time, the majority (95%) believe that the practice of working with students should develop, since this is useful for both business and students.
