2024: Partnership with Nanosemantics to train Data Science specialists
The company "Nanosemantics" will act as a technological partner of the online program "Data Science in Medicine" of the school of IT professions Skillfactory. The online program "Data Science in Medicine," developed by Skillfactory together with FSAEI HE First Moscow State Medical University named after I.M. Sechenov Ministry of Health of Russia (Sechenov University), is designed to teach specialists using Data Science to solve problems in applied medicine and biology. As part of the practical block of the program, students will be able to work out skills on cases from Nanosemantics: from those actually working in the business market to new challenges in the field of medicine. Following the successful completion of the course, students will receive a diploma of retraining from Sechenov University and a Skillfactory diploma.
Nanosemantic actively cooperates with large specialized educational institutions, supporting initiatives aimed at training specialists in the field of Data Science. Stanislav Ashmanov, General Director of Nanosemantics, heads the Laboratory of Neural Network Technologies and Applied Linguistics at MIPT. 2023: Skillbox increases stake in Skillfactory to 100%

In August 2022, VK's expenses for the purchase of the online educational platform Skillfactory became known. Mail.ru Group bought 18.31% of SkillFactory
On July 6, 2020, Mail.ru Group announced its investment in the SkillFactory online educational service. After completing the transaction, the Internet holding will receive an 18.31% stake in the startup and an option to buy additional shares.
