2023: "1C: Fresh," labeling and "Shop 15," or how Maccano managed to easily meet the requirements of ice cream labeling legislation

Briefly about the customer.

Ice cream, gelato and sorbets using Italian technology and only from natural ingredients make up the pool of products of Maccano, which has been operating in Russia since 2017. Raw materials for the production of a favorite treat by everyone are carefully tested at the procurement stage. Ready-made ice cream is sold in restaurants and retail stores with the help of distributors.

Production is growing and developing, Maccano products can be enjoyed in St. Petersburg, Moscow, Kazan and the Republic of Belarus.

Accounting for planned indicators

Someone considers everything that is stored in the warehouse or goes out of production with their hands. Someone is covered with paper invoices and adds accounting work. The main goal of any trading and production company is to maximize the sales market in order to make ever-growing profits. And the management of Maccano wanted to first expand its partner network as much as possible, and only after introducing complex systems for business automation. Preparation for implementation

Integrators first conducted an express study and found out how everything is organized in production and what processes already exist. And they proposed step-by-step implementation: configure, check, supplement, if necessary. The first stage was the connection of Kleverens software to 1C: Fresh and the launch of ordering and marking processes. Next, launch the processes of entering into circulation and shipping marked goods to market participants. All work on loading and unloading documents to the shipping documentation is performed by one employee according to the following scheme:

• the storekeeper has a workplace for exchanging documents and nomenclature,
• documents are transferred to this workplace from the shipping documentation,
• the person who works with accounting system uploads the incoming document to 1C and uploads to. mobile computer

Work Steps and Marking

Since the products are in great demand, they are not stored for long in stock. Therefore, it is not necessary to carry out an inventory using shipping documentation. But Maccano plans to carry out this operation in the future. At the moment, a buyer's order is received in 1C, on its basis the manager creates a production order, from which the marking codes are requested in the "Honest Sign." These processes are also performed without the use of mobile devices. Next, the DataMatrix codes are printed on the thermal printer roll and given to production. In the near future, Maccano plans to order the printing of labels from the printing house.

Then the employees stick the marking codes on the package with ice cream or sorbets and scan DataMatrix with the terminal. What the production will stick, then the shipping documentation will count. And it is by the scanned number of labels that the volume of products produced is taken into account.

Small difficulties

After the installation of the Kleverens platform and base, the specialists of the First BIT company integrated with 1C: Fresh, but it did not take off. And the implementers had to contact the technical support of the developer.

Results

Thanks to data collection terminals and Kleverens software, Maccano employees can track which DataMatrix codes for cow's milk-based ice cream have come, which have been taken out of circulation. Integrators of the company "First BIT" set up EDO and connected mobile equipment for printing labels.

Maccano management provided literally everything and prepared the production and warehouse for labeling in advance. No one wants to take risks and get a fine for selling goods without DataMatrix. Kleverens allows you to comply with the requirements of the law and be one step ahead of competitors who still have not started working with Honest Sign.
