Fashion House Ulyana Sergeenko was founded by designer Ulyana Sergeenko in Moscow in 2011. Currently, the brand is part of the Paris High Fashion Syndicate, being the only Russian brand that presents collections as an official participant in the Paris High Fashion Week. All products under the Ulyana Sergeenko trademark (clothes, shoes, bags and accessories) are created in Moscow in one of the largest ateliers in Russia. One of the tasks of the brand is the preservation, development and popularization of traditional Russian techniques.

Description

ERP Enterprise Management 2. "

An important role in choosing an accounting system for the company's management was played by the fact that the software solution "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise Management 2 "is a modern system with great functionality for development, as well as the fact that the manufacturer supports the program.

1C-Rarus The company "" was chosen as the contractor of the project as a highly professional and reliable partner with extensive experience in automating accounting systems, having a certificate in the quality management system. ISO 9001:2015

During the project, 1C-Rarus specialists performed the following works to implement the software product:

  • Collection and analysis of the customer's requirements for the automated system was carried out;
  • Planning of work stages, preparation of work schedule;
  • Interfaces and sets of user rights have been created;
  • The technical implementation of the specific features of accounting and control in the automation system was carried out:
    • The exchange plan for transfer to the information base for the formation of regulated reporting has been finalized;
    • The production unit, reports, automation of the sales department, have been finalized;
    • Settings have been made to create a management cost.

  • Specialized equipment is connected;
  • Integration with other systems based on 1C:Enterprise 8 carried out;
  • Integration with third-party automation systems was carried out;
  • Initial program settings have been made to start accounting;
  • Assistance was provided in entering the initial residues:
  • The data was transferred from previous automation systems: personnel data was transferred, data for calculating the average based on standard transfer rules, transfer of NSI and initial balances, documents of previous periods selectively based on non-standard transfer rules.
  • Training of users was carried out, consulting services were provided.
