Description

In 2019, the management of Arzamas Bread makes a decision to initiate a project to switch to the modern 1C:ERP Enterprise Management solution together with modules for the 1C: Bakery and Confectionery Production and 1C: Motor Vehicle Management 1C:ERP.

The main reason for the start of a new project was the possibility of introducing a modern system that would fully meet all business needs. The current system did not cover all the needs of the developing enterprise, namely:

  • the system existing in the enterprise was implemented on the basis of the 1S:UPP solution, which, although supported by 1C, did not meet modern requirements and did not use the new platform capabilities;
  • Updating the configuration required a lot of work.

The main goal of the new project was to transfer the existing system to modern 1C software and preserve the typical functionality of the product as much as possible. The basis for the future system was the software product "1C:ERP" with industry modules "1C: Bakery and confectionery production" and "1C: Motor Vehicle Management." The partner for the project was the team of the Nizhny Novgorod branch of 1C-Rarus, as a reliable service provider who already had a successful experience in implementing 1C systems at the enterprise.

As a result of the project, a system based on "1C: ERP" was introduced, which meets modern requirements, as well as allows you to quickly update the configuration with the release of new solutions and legislative requirements. The "1C:ERP" configuration was implemented together with the integrated modules:

  • "1C: Bakery and confectionery"
  • "1C: Motor Vehicle Management"

As a result of implementation, the following results were obtained:

  • According to the accounting of semi-finished products received:
    • Possibility to control the production of semi-finished products;
    • Quantity and amount accounting of semi-finished products (after cost calculation);
    • Accounting of costs of semi-finished products.

  • The capabilities of the client-bank were used:

    • Loading payment orders from customers from the Client-Bank and unloading payments to suppliers;
    • Sending salary data through the client-bank for three salary projects.

  • Payroll accounting:

    • Calculation of complex (specific) surcharges is automated:
    • * Additional payment for increasing the scope of work;
    • * Long Service Award;
    • * Cash Service Premium;
    • * Premium for complexity of transportation;
    • * Payment to former employees;
    • Automated accounting of in-shift substitutions;
    • The possibility of accounting for loans to employees has been implemented.

  • The HR structure of the enterprise was optimized, which made it possible to organize the maintenance of staffing in the system, an inventory of the types of accruals and deductions was made.
