T.one is a mobile application for residents of apartment buildings that combines smart technologies: smart home, video, intercom, keyless access, etc. The platform, as reported on the service's website, includes: chat and applications to the Criminal Code; smart meters, the readings of which are transmitted automatically; news feed; IP intercom, which allows you to open the front door remotely; video recognition system; smart parking system, etc. The company "T. Odin" was registered in Izhevsk in 2018.

Performance indicators

The revenue of T. Odin in 2022 amounted to 3.4 million rubles against 3.3 million rubles a year earlier. Net profit in 2022 reached 465 thousand rubles, while in 2021 net losses were recorded in the amount of 4.1 million rubles. This is evidenced by the data of the Kontur. Focus system.

History

2023: VimpelCom bought 50% of T.one

At the end of November 2023, VimpelCom bought control of T. Odin, which develops technologies for the smart home. The Russian telecom operator made the acquisition through a subsidiary of Haiv LLC.

The fact that Haiv became the owner of 50.01% of T. Odin, Interfax reports with reference to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRUL). VimpelCom itself confirmed to the agency the fact of the transaction, but refrained from any comments. Financial and other terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

According to the Kontur.Fokus system, in addition to Haiva, the co-owners of T. Odin LLC by the end of November 2023 are the general director of the company Alidzhan Kurbanov (share - 24.5%), ex-director Elena Simanova (24.5%) and co-founder of the service Konstantin Makarov (1%). As Interfax clarifies, it was Makarov who sold his stake to VimpelCom[1]
