So far, delivery by robots is available in Moscow in five districts - Airport, Tverskaya, Khamovniki, Ramenki and Presnensky, including in the Moscow City business center, as well as in the city of Murino, Leningrad Region and Innopolis in Tatarstan. At the first stage, delivery of goods is available from 27 Pyaterochka and Perekrestok stores, and you can also order ready-made food from the Perekrestok cafe on a separate application window. Partner companies are planning to expand the geography of the use of robots.

Delivery using robots can be independently selected in the application. At the same time, the delivery time will not increase. The only limitation is the weight of the goods no more than 15 kilograms. If the order is larger in weight, it will automatically transfer to a courier with a car.

You can track the route of movement of the courier robot in real time in the Yandex Food and Deliveri application. To pick up the order, you just need to approach the robot, press the "Open the lid" button in the application and get the package out of the cargo compartment.
