2026: Building a Company

IT company Radmedrobot and telecommunications operator VimpelCom (Beeline trademark) have created a joint venture Robot Systematics. The decision to partner was officially announced in January 2026.

The new company is registered in Moscow. Its authorized capital is 10 thousand rubles. According to data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Radmedrobot's share in the authorized capital is 51%, VimpelCom's share is 49%. Veronika Vasilyeva, who previously headed Radmedrobot, has been appointed General Director of Robot Systematics.

The enterprise was created for the development and industrial introduction of agent artificial intelligence systems. The activities of the joint venture will be carried out on the basis of the venture platform "VimpelCom" Venture Building, which specializes in investing in innovative projects.

The partnership unites the expertise of the parties. VimpelCom acts as an industrial partner with a wide customer base and experience in distributing technological solutions. Radmedrobot provides technological expertise in the field of creating AI architectures and scaling products. The main areas of work will be the development of multi-agent systems for e-commerce, the creation of digital assistants to automate routine operational tasks, as well as the development of infrastructure AI solutions.

VimpelCom CEO Sergei Anokhin said the artificial intelligence market is moving from demonstration projects to industrial applications. Anokhin stressed that the joint venture is aimed at creating scalable solutions that will allow companies to improve operational efficiency.

According to the founder of Radmedrobot Alexei Makin, the partnership is focused on the formation of a new technological model for the mass introduction of autonomous AI systems into business processes.^[1][2]
