2024: FMBA allocated 2.17 billion rubles for the creation of medical posts at enterprises

The Federal Biomedical Agency (FMBA) allocates 2.17 billion rubles for the creation of centers of industrial medicine in Russia. The head of the department, Veronika Skvortsova, announced this in January 2024.

According to Skvortsova, the cost of creating centers of industrial medicine in Russia by the end of 2024 will be record. At the stage of announcing the launch of a system of such medical organizations, in May 2023, Veronika Skvortsova said that the department intends to create more than 60 centers and over 100 health centers in all federal districts of Russia, but the head of the agency did not name the timing of the project.

The Center for Industrial Medicine is a new model for providing primary care to employees of enterprises. Within the framework of such centers, employees receive pre-trip, post-trip, pre-shift or post-shift inspection.
