2024: An increase in the number of points of issue of orders by 50% to 83 thousand.
The increase in the network of Wildberries ordering points in 2024 amounted to 50%, their total number reached 83tys. This was announced on June 17, 2025 by the founder of Wildberries and the head of the combined company Wildberries and Russ Tatyana Kim in an interview. Of the total number of points, 14 thousand are managed directly, the rest function in a partner format, she said.
According to TASS, the most significant growth was shown by partner points for issuing orders. Previously, their number was comparable to the number of the company's own points, but in 2024 the situation changed in favor of the partner model. Partner points of issue make up the bulk of the total Wildberries network.
Kim noted that the growth of the network of points of issue became possible thanks to the merger of Wildberries and Russ operations. Companies were able to consolidate parallel processes and implement best management practices. Prior to the merger, the combined entity had three different systems for point of issue managers, including its own and partner points.
The head of the combined company explained that the unification of management systems made it possible to increase the efficiency of working with partners. After integration, a single platform was created to coordinate the activities of all types of points of issue. This decision contributed to the active expansion of the partner network in 2024.
A study of the T-Bank eCommerce platform showed an increase in the share of Ozon and Wildberries points of issue in the total number of points. From June 2023 to June 2024, this figure increased from 75% to 85%. T-Bank analysts have studied the impersonal transactions of the bank's business clients who receive payments for maintaining points of issue of the largest marketplaces.[1]

Wildberries has finalized the mechanism for returning things with marriage: the cost of reverse delivery is now not written off. The company announced this on June 26, 2023.
If the buyer noticed that the wrong product was sent to him or he has defects, it is enough to inform the manager of the point of issue. He will check the goods and make an appropriate mark in his working interface. After that, the cost of reverse transportation of goods with marriage, mistakenly delivered items or an undercomplete will not be written off.
Previously, the return fee was returned after confirming the marriage in the warehouse.
PVZ employees massively complain about a decrease in payments
At the end of February 2023, it became known about a decrease in payments to Wildberries employees after the online retailer changed the working conditions for points of issue of orders (PVZ) and couriers. Interviewed by Forbes, PVZ workers in Moscow and the Moscow region, the Republic of Crimea, the Kirov region and the Trans-Baikal Territory said that the innovations reduced their monthly income by about a third.
According to Wildberries employees, since February 13, 2023, the marketplace has significantly reduced the amount of subsidies for the economic needs of points of issue and reduced tariffs for operations in PVZ, which partly account for employee income. And since February 18, according to employees, payments to couriers have also decreased.
According to all the interlocutors of the magazine from among the surveyed employees of PVZ, the key indicator is the percentage of revenue, it is on it that the employees will earn the most. Previously, this value was 0.0071, but the new calculation will be based on the 0.0059 indicator.

An employee of the PVZ in Crimea said that earlier for 15 shifts a month with a 13-hour working day, he earned about 30,000 rubles, and from February 2023 this amount will decrease by 8,000-9,000 rubles.[2]
2022: Launch of Partner Point Grant Program
Wildberries on August 26, 2022 announced the launch of a program for subsidizing partner points of issue of orders (PVZ).
Thanks to support measures, entrepreneurs will be able to quickly open new points of issue in the regions of the country, where their shortage is most acute for the population, including Kamchatka and Chukotka, and receive the maximum income in the high sales season
Under the program, owners of PVZ after the launch of the facility will receive bonuses in the form of an increased percentage of payments from PVZ turnover: in the first month of work, the additional payment will be up to 3% of the PVZ turnover, in the second - up to 1.6%, in the third - up to 0.8%. Thus, the total amount of income in the first month of operation of the point of issue will be up to 7.3% of the turnover. From the fourth month, PVZ owners will receive standard income in the amount of 2 to 4% of turnover.
The amount of remuneration depends on the location of the object: on the interactive Wildberries map, "green zones" with an increased tariff are marked, in other areas there is a standard tariff.

From January 2022 to July 2022, the turnover of partner points for issuing Wildberries orders in the country increased by 595%.

2021: Franchise launches in Belarus, Kazakhstan and Armenia
Wildberries - online retailer November 1, 2021 announced the launch of a program for the opening of branded partner points for issuing orders (PPVZ) in Belarus, Kazakhstan and Armenia. As support for its future partners - PPVZ owners, Wildberries provides subsidies in the form of increased remuneration from the turnover of the point of issue of orders in the first 4 months of operation. Also, entrepreneurs will be able to purchase furniture in installments at Wildberries for the improvement of their premises.
The company hopes that such a subsidy program will allow entrepreneurs to quickly recoup investments in the opening of the point of issue, the average payback period of which is about 3 months.
Wildberries implemented the possibility of opening partner points for issuing orders in September 2020. At the beginning of November 2021, their total number in Russia exceeds 8.5 thousand points. In October 2021, the average turnover of PPVZ increased 1.5 times compared to September and reached about 4-5 million rubles.
