2015
With the involvement of a loan from the Industrial Development Fund, a new generation of professional power tools will be created: heavy perforators, construction mixers, screw screws, millers and end saws - a total of 24 names.
The share of imports in the professional segment of heavy perforators, construction mixers, battery and network screws, end saws - 100%, millers - 90%. The launch of a new line of products will allow replacing part of the products of European, Japanese and American companies and bring import substitution to 15% of the Russian market for power tools and equipment for the construction industry and housing and communal services. In the Russian Federation, about 70% of all products will be sold, the rest - in the markets of the CIS countries and the European Union.
The basis of the competitiveness of new products is a combination of low cost and the introduction of innovative solutions. Low cost will be achieved through the use of automated equipment, proximity to sources of raw materials and sales markets, as well as the use of relatively inexpensive and skilled labor. Serial production of products with the introduction of innovative solutions, such as the mass use of electronics to control the operation of the electric motor and the use of a brushless (valve) engine, will provide significant improvements in the technical parameters and consumer characteristics of the products.
During the implementation of the project, 142 high-performance jobs will be created on the territory of the Alabuga special economic zone. The company plans to invest 934.4 million rubles in the project, of which the Fund's loan may amount to 500 million rubles. The total cost of the project is 962 million rubles.
Sergei Nazarov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Interskol JSC: "Last year we decided to significantly increase the share of Russian production and launched the first stage of the state-of-the-art plant for the production of Interskol-Alabuga power tools in Tatarstan. Our new production site will provide up to 40% of import substitution in the most popular groups of power tools (drills, perforators, battery equipment, corner grinders).
The loan of the Industrial Development Fund will allow us to start the second stage - to import technologies into Russia. We will develop and launch completely new products that meet the latest trends in technical thought and market needs. The production site in Tatarstan for the production of these products will be equipped with the most modern equipment, which will increase the production capacity of the INTERSKOL-Alabuga plant and implement the main import substitution tasks formulated by the Russian government. In today's situation, it is the development of industry that is the main engine of economic development. "
