2022: Merging all lines of business under Angara Security brand
On February 7, 2022, the Angara Technologies Group announced that it was uniting all business areas under the Angara Security brand. This name reflects the scope of the company, and the updated corporate identity will become the same for all divisions.
There are several organizations in the Angara group of companies, and each of them is actively developing. As a result of the emergence of a large number of new services and directions, it became necessary to make the activities of all divisions of the company more understandable for current and potential customers - to speak with them in the same language in terms of terminology and at the same time ensure a unified perception of the company's brand.
As a result, it was decided to combine all business areas under the Angara Security brand. As part of the rebranding, sub-brands with new names and in a single visual style were created for separate divisions.
Angara Security is a group of companies providing a wide range of information security services, including system integration and software supplies, audit and consulting, penetration tests - more than 20 types of services in total.
Angara SOC is a commercial SOC (Security Operations Center), a cyber resilience center. Formerly known as ACRC. Provides incident monitoring and response services, brand protection, incident investigation, etc.
Angara MSS (formerly Angara Professional Assistance) is a division of the company providing services under the MSS (Managed Security Services) model. The range of services includes anti-DDoS, anti-phishing, protection against targeted attacks and response to complex threats (SOC mini), as well as cyber insurance, technical support services, etc.
Together with the name, the changes also affected the visual style - the logo now uses a shade of orange with the symbolic name Safety Orange, and the signature star had to move forward, and a short version of the logo appeared - A with a star.
"We pursued several goals. Firstly, to make our business more understandable to the client - both in terms of names and in terms of visual unity of all group companies. Secondly, to optimize our expenses. Developing several brands at the same time is very expensive for business, and to maintain competitive prices, we keep marketing costs at a fairly moderate level. Now we will focus on the development of one brand.
Along the way, we worked a little on the design - in particular, we made the logo more versatile for use in various formats. As our designer said, now the logo resembles a steam locomotive pulling wagons. I liked the metaphor. Angara and true in spirit as a steam locomotive - quickly moves forward, leads the movement, "said Natalya Raikova, Marketing Director of Angara Security. |
