2017: Medtronic buys Crospon

At the beginning of December, 2017 it became known merger of the Irish producer of the Crospon iatrotechnics by the American company Medtronic.

On December 8, 2017 announced the first the news edition FORA purchase. According to its information, transaction amount was $45 million or 38 million euros. Medtronic confirmed acquisition, but did not open how much purchase cost.
