2017: Investments of Medtronic

In May, 2017 it became known of carrying out a round of financing of Saluda Medical company. One of investors of the Australian developer of technologies for fight against chronic pain is Medtronic.

Action Potential Venture Capital (APVC) and GSK funds and also some developers of bioelectronic medicines took part in the investment transaction which volume was 53 million Australian dollars (about 40 million US dollars). Medtronic which to this round already was among investors of Saluda Medical also provided new investments of the company.

According to the CEO of Saluda Medical John Parker, investors support vision and enthusiasm of the medical company concerning an output of the innovation devices of neuromodulation to the market.
