2021: Attracting investments of $300 million with an estimate of $6.3 billion

 

In early August 2021, DataRobot, which ranks itself among the leaders in the augmented intelligence technology market, announced the attraction of investments in the amount of $300 million.

The funds received will allow the company to stimulate innovation on the platform, the press release said. As part of the financing round, the DataRobot was estimated at $6.3 billion, which is more than twice the cost of the previous round, which took place in November 2020.

  The Round G funding was led by returning investors Altimeter Capital and Tiger Global and joined  by Counterpoint  Global, Franklin  Templeton,  ServiceNow  Ventures   and Sutter  Hill  Ventures.

  The platform of augmented intelligence is DataRobot trusted by a third of Fortune 50 companies. Enabling large and small organizations across industries to leverage AI to address key business challenges, including building better products, improving customer relationships, more accurate demand forecasting, and lower costs.   DataRobot is working on an AI platform where hundreds of open source machine learning algorithms are assembled. The platform allows enterprise users to download their data, select target variables, after which the system automates, trains and evaluates many predictive models.   Along with the upgrade of the augmented intelligence platform, the new funding will be used to further grow the company's market entry team, including hiring employees in North America, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region to serve the company's growing global customer base.

The company has offices in Ukraine in such cities as Kiev, Lviv, Odessa, Kharkov, Khmelnitsky. As of September 4, 2021, 33 vacancies DataRobot opened in Ukrainian missions, and in their number the Ukrainian department, the second, after the American.[1]
