Biglion.ru is the participant of the market of "smart" shopping in Russia providing to millions of users of a discount and coupons for profitable purchase of goods and services. Daily on the website and in mobile application of Biglion the choice of services of beauty shops, fitness clubs, cafe and restaurants, entertainment centers, educational, medical and other institutions and also travel and shopping with discounts from 50 to 90% is provided.

Service is founded in 2010 and for fall of 2017 has representations in 50 cities of Russia and more than 15 thousand partners. Annually the Biglion.ru portal is visited by more than 40 million unique users. Biglion is the only service of e-commerce and sale of coupons which entered in Top-20 of online projects of Runet according to the international agency TNS.

2018: Sale about 5.7 million coupons on a discount

The Biglion company in nine years sold more than 36 million coupons on a discount. Only for 2018 through Biglion Russians purchased about 5.7 million coupons that is 7% more, than in 2017. At the same time by 20 times the quantity sold for the first year of activity of the company when the "coupon" subject was at the peak of popularity in Russia was exceeded.

According to the company, annually the sales volume of coupons increases. The number of the orders which are regularly made by clients of service in 2018 grew by 9.5%. Meanwhile, the number of new users of service in 2018 grew by 14.1%. Turnover of the company at the end of 2018 increased by 14% in comparison with 2017 and made 4.34 billion rubles.

"In 2018 the average number of the actions exposed on the website in a month was more than 10 thousand that is 21% more than this indicator for 2017. For the last five years the number of stocks rose twice. At the same time the quantity of the new products appearing in a month in 2018 averaged 5.5 thousand that also exceeded an indicator of 2017 for 6%", - Migal Anna, the marketing director of Biglion noted.

Biglion cooperates about more than 20 thousand checked partners – the companies which provide to users profitable and high-quality services. The average number of unique partners in a month on the website in 2018 grew by 8% in comparison with 2017 and was 8.8 thousand.

Purchase goods, receive services in the most different spheres – beauty, health, training, entertainments, and even residents of 75 cities, including Moscow, St. Petersburg, Voronezh, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Yekaterinburg, Volgograd, Kaliningrad, Chelyabinsk, Yaroslavl, Astrakhan, Krasnodar, Sochi, Cheboksary, Tyumen and many others can travel around the beneficial prices now. In comparison with 2017 the number of the cities of presence of the company increased by 13%. 46 cities with own offices and 23 representations opened on franchasing model are a part of Biglion.

In 2017 through the Biglion applications more than 1.3 million coupons, and in 2018 - already about 1.8 million were purchased. The popularity of mobile application of Biglion of all in a year grew by 38%.

2015: Conflict of shareholders

Oleg Savtsov who together with the spouse Irina Savtsova for June, 2015 owns about 33.4% of stocks of Biglion entered the conflict with other group of co-owners of Biglion — Vladimir Vinogradov and ru-Net investment fund of Leonid Boguslavsky.

In 2014 shareholders of Biglion Vladimir Vinogradov and ru-Net fund with assistance of the American hedge fund of Tiger Global Management (together own 66.6% of stocks of Biglion) suggested to refuse business on sales of goods. Oleg Savtsov with the wife Irina did not agree with it and, according to sources of Kommersant, created the Costmart company trading in goods. Mister Savtsov did not comment on it.

In February, 2015 copies of letters as which authors shareholders and co-founders of a kuponnik of Biglion Oleg and Irina Savtsovy, and the investment director of ru-Net fund Alexander Pavlov act (ru-Net — one more shareholder) came to Roem.ru. The speech in letters goes about the corporate conflict. The authenticity of letters of Roem.ru was confirmed by several employees of the company[1].

Irina and I cannot stand apart more when the Company which we together with you built before our eyes collapses!
Everything began more than half a year back and smoothly overflowed in open aggression of the hired chief financial officer of the Andrey's Cousin company who is acting on the basis of the power of attorney Runet from the investor against founders and shareholders of the company.
Literally a few days ago our colleague, Zelenov Ilya, the formal director of Biglion LLC, working according to the instructions Cousin, broke off contracts of sublease with our child structures. Within these contracts programmers, content managers, colleagues from the commodity direction sat together with the Moscow coupon managers. Suddenly people were on street. Refuse to pay them the salary and bonuses. To programmers and system administrators completely blocked access to servers, prohibiting to work and place shares (see the attachment). At the same time threats of criminal prosecution to the founder of the company Irina and programmers at the same time began to arrive (see the attachment). Backdating dismisses cousins with violation of the labor law all accounting of Biglion Trade LLC and Biglion Soft LLC, compromising the CEOs of these companies Sergey Finansov and Irina Savtsova.
Now we transported developers in temporary office, all content managers work from the house. Thanks to the fact that our commodity direction saved up enough money we will make payment wage payments to developers and content managers from this account.

Letter of the investment director of ru-Net Alexander Pavlov:

Dear employees,
On behalf of the shareholder of Biglion company, would like to clear a number of information which reached us which extends in the company.
As we know, in the company circulates information on allegedly preparing sale to Biglion company, and the Runet and Vladimir Vinogradov are represented by initiators of this transaction.
On behalf of fund Runet we would like to deny this information — any talk on sale to the company, or a part of its business, was never conducted and not conducted. We as the shareholder of the company, we want and will develop business of Biglion company. We believe in coupon business of the company and a possibility of its growth, especially in the current time when consumer capability of the population falls, and need to receive services and services in the optimal prices grows.
As opposed to the rumors spread in the company, most of shareholders of the company (including the co-founder of the company Vladimir Vinogradov and investors Runet and TigerGlobal) supports increase in investments into coupon business of the company which in the last two years obviously did not receive those internal resources which would allow to implement its potential.
Once again I focus your attention — information on sale of business is false, and, according to us, pursues the only aim — to destabilize a company performance and to support personal interests of a number of the parties which have no support of shareholders. We seriously treat the reputation, and any distribution of false information about the actions will treat as causing damage by it what grants to us the right to protect the position in a legal field.
Besides, we consider important to explain a position of most of shareholders concerning development of separate business segments of the company. Most of shareholders support increase in investments and focus at the coupon direction and are not ready to spend more resources (both human, and financial) for support of commodity business.
Runet, Vladimir Vinogradov and Tiger Global are not ready and will not consider the offer on alienation of commodity business for benefit of one of minority shareholders as it creates for shareholders and the company big risks concerning the basic — coupon business and all group "Biglion". In particular, investors of the company already receive threats concerning start by a number of employees of group of Biglion company of the competing business. I will note that such threats are not only rough violations of concepts business of ethics, but also the contract commitments undertaken by employees and shareholders.
We once again would like to note the belief in excellent opportunities of growth of the company, and desire to move forward, increasing its cost and welfare of her employees.
We ask to note that this letter has exclusively information character and pursues the purpose explanation of our position. We will not get into an argument on the designated questions. In case of need, we are ready to meet personally and in addition to explain the position.
With respect, Investment director Runet Alexander Pavlov The Biglion company was founded by Oleg Savtsov together with the wife Irina. Biglion received investments from ru-Net and Tiger Global Management funds.

In June, 2015 former employees of Biglion company with assistance of her co-founder Oleg Savtsov started already the second business — this time the direct competitor of Biglion — service for sale of coupons on Kupanda discounts. Shareholders of Biglion claim that their rights are violated. The dispute could come to the end with the redemption of a packet Biglion belonging to Oleg Savtsov, but the parties did not agree about the price.

By September, 2016 both projects - Kupanda and Costmart were closed.
