2023: Qiwi co-founder Sergey Solonin sold Timepad
On April 13, 2023, it became known that the Timepad event organizers service had changed its owner. It is reported that the co-founder of QiwiSergey Solonin sold Timepad to Konstantin Gordon, who previously acted as one of the owners of the "Like Center" Ayaz Shabutdinov.
An entry on the transaction on April 3, 2023 appeared in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (Unified State Register of Legal Entities). According to reports, Solonin formally left the Timepad project. At the same time, since April 12, 2023, Gordon has not been one of the participants in Like Center LLC, where he previously owned a share of 10.5%.
Until March 2020, Gordon also owned a stake in another Like Center legal entity, Asset Management LLC. Solonin is also the owner of Like Center LLC - he owns 10.5% of the company.[1]
2018: Qiwi co-founder Sergey Solonin buys Timepad
Solonin bought the Timepad platform in early 2018 from its founders and venture capital fund Target Global. For 100% of this service, Solonin paid about $10 million. At the time of the transaction, as noted by the Vedomosti newspaper, it was said that the former Timepad team and the founders would continue to manage the resource, and Solonin would participate in strategic decisions. Prior to the signing of this agreement, Timepad was a self-sufficient business and led the emerging event organization market. It has been suggested that Solonin intends to integrate Timepad with his other resources to strengthen the market.

2015: TimePad buys Eventmag
On February 11, 2015, TimePad announced the purchase of one of its main competitors, the electronic ticketing service Eventmag. Eventmag is one of the TOP-3 of Internet solutions for the sale of electronic tickets on the Russian market. The company has a strong position in the segment of entertainment events - concerts, parties, festivals, etc. On [2] platform, [3] organized more than 15 thousand events and sold over 145 thousand electronic tickets. The service has a set of technological developments and know-how specific to the entertainment sector.
As a result of the transaction, all assets, customer interaction and technological processes of Eventmag will come under the control of TimePad. The transfer of assets and processes will be phased and will take several months. For Eventmag customers, the terms of cooperation will be preserved and additional features available to TimePad will be offered.
The amount of the transaction was not disclosed. Eventmag's estimate for it was based on the company's annual revenue with a multiple of x10. The deal is partially financed by TimePad shares - as a result, the company's shareholders will include the ru-Net Holdings fund (one of the largest investors in the Russian Internet market, invested in Yandex and other successful projects) and other Eventmag shareholders.

The merger with another major player in this market will give another impetus to the growth of the TimePad business, allow the company to significantly expand its scope and make its separation from competitors actually unattainable. "
Buying Eventmag will allow TimePad to expand its market reach with a strategically important segment such as entertainment events.
