History
2020: Attraction of 4 million euros investments, including from RTP Global and S7 fund
On July 7, 2020 Penta announced more than 4 million euros investments attraction. RTP Global of Leonid Boguslavsky and S7 Group venture fund — S7V took part in the transaction among other investors. Besides, funds ABN Amro Ventures, VR-Ventures, HV Holtzbrinck Ventures, Presight Capital, etc. invested in the project.
Penta closed a round of financing of Series B with the amount more than 23 million euros. In March, 2020 the company received 18.5 million euros from investors.
The German company intends to spend the raised funds for business development in Germany and also on creation of new products for small and medium business (SME). Penta aims at becoming the preferable financial platform for SME and to expand the services of digital banking in the whole Europe.

2019: Attraction of 8 million euros investments
In August, 2019 Penta announced attraction of 8 million euros investments. As the main investor in that round of financing the HV Holtzbrinck Ventures fund acted. Also Fabrick and Finleap took part in the transaction.
