2024: The departure of Dmitry Pukha from the post of head of the department

In January 2024, the head of the Department of Health of the Oryol Region, Dmitry Pukh, resigned without working in this position for three months. Vladimir Nikolaev has been appointed acting head of the department. Read more here.

2023: Dmitry Pukh's appointment as Head of Department

Appointment of Igor Petchin as head of the health department of the Oryol region

In early October 2022, it was announced the appointment of Igor Petchin to the post of head of the health department of the Oryol region. The corresponding order was signed by the governor of the region Andrei Klychkov. Read more [[|here]].

The ex-head of the Oryol Department of Health was given a term for obstructing the work of the dialysis center

At the end of May 2022, the Soviet District Court of Orel Ivan Zalogin was suspended for three years on charges of abuse of office. The regional prosecutor's office requested six years in prison for the former head of the Health Department of the Oryol Region. Part 2 of Art. 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, according to which the ex-official passes, assumes up to seven years in prison. Read more here.

Stanislav Shuvalov is the new head of the Department of Health of the Oryol Region

At the end of October 2021, 43-year-old Stanislav Shuvalov was appointed head of the Health Department of the Oryol Region. On April 20, 2021 ICR , the Oryol Region Administration announced the arrest. 2014: Activities of the Department of Health of the Oryol Region

By Decree of the Government of the Oryol Region of December 22, 2014 No. 399^[1], the Regulation on the Department of Health and Social Development of the Oryol Region was declared invalid.

The Department of Health of the Oryol Region is determined by the executive state authority of special competence of the Oryol Region, which performs the functions of developing regional policy, regulatory legal regulation, as well as law enforcement and control and supervision functions in the field of public health.
