History
2024: SKB Kontur bought 100% of E-Com LLC
On May 8, 2024, it became known that the operator of the electronic document management system (EDO) SKB Kontur signed an agreement on the acquisition of Russian business Docrobot, a developer of similar solutions for retail. The amount of the transaction, according to available data, is 1.5 billion rubles.
According to the Kommersant newspaper, under the agreement, the SKB Kontur group of companies bought 100% of E-Com LLC, a legal entity of EDO and electronic data exchange (EDI) provider Docrobot, which supplies solutions for X5 Group, Leroy Merlin and other retailers. The asset was acquired from its former owner, UFG Asset Management. Preparations for the deal "took several years," it said. Docrobot offices are located in Russia, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, but the agreement concluded applies only to the Russian structure.
Ilya Bublik, Development Director of SKB Kontur, notes that in the future the company intends to transfer all Docrobot customers to its own products. At the same time, "the transition will be voluntary and gradual": the migration process is designed for two years. After the merger is completed, the staff of the Docrobot development department will remain in full force. At the same time, Docrobot CEO Yevgeny Shelkovnikov notes that the product and client portfolio of the two companies "largely coincides."
Kirill Sokolov, Managing Director of Citros (part of SL Soft, owned by Softline Group of Companies), believes that the deal could be aimed at SKB Kontur entering a new market segment. These can be retailers, as well as manufacturers, distributors and logistics companies involved in the supply of goods to retail chains. The general director of NCC ISUKirill Semion adds that the takeover of a competitor from the EDO sector will quickly expand the functionality of the products. In general, experts talk about further consolidation in the EDO market.[1]

2022: Inclusion in the register of operators of electronic transportation documents
The electronic document management operator Docrobot (E-COM LLC) on September 27, 2022 announced the confirmation of compliance with the requirements of the Ministry of Transport and entered the register of electronic transport document operators (EPD) in accordance with the order of the regulator.
The status of the operator means that on the Docrobot platform (E-COM LLC), companies can legally exchange electronic transportation documents (EPD) necessary for. automobile cargo transportation The register of operators of the information system (IS) of the EPD is published on the website of the Ministry of Transport.
The Federal Tax Service has already approved the format for a number of transportation documents: a bill of lading, an accompanying sheet and an order order. In 2023, the waybill will become formalized.
According to the plan of legislators, participants in cargo transportation must transfer information about electronic transportation documents to the IS EPD - the state information system. This has to be done not directly, but through operators included in the register of the Ministry of Transport. It includes providers that meet a number of conditions: they have the necessary telecommunications infrastructure, ensure uninterrupted operation, safe storage of documents and roaming connection between systems.
Digitalization of transportation documents was launched in 2020 as part of the experiment of the Ministry of Transport. It was attended by companies engaged in the transportation of goods, as well as five EDO operators, including Docrobot (E-COM LLC). From September 1, 2022, the rules for the exchange of digital documents were launched, now the transition to "digital" is regulated.
To connect to the electronic transportation document system, Docrobot (E-COM LLC) offers two ways: a web version of the service or an integration solution. Integration allows you to draw up ETrH directly in the accounting system, automate routine operations and work with documents in the usual interface.
The transition to electronic waybills is an important step towards digitalization of logistics. It can be considered that the process of transferring the industry to digital rails was launched on September 1. According to the Ministry of Transport, the introduction of ETrN will save business from 3 billion paper bills of lading. In addition to the significant savings in document management provided by EDO, market participants will receive a number of advantages: simplifying the transfer of data to regulators, accelerating the timing of mutual settlements, and, as a result, reducing costs in supply chains. The status of the operator of electronic transportation documents will allow us to fully work with companies engaged in road freight transportation, and contribute to the further growth of digitalization of the transport sector, said Evgeny Shelkovnikov, CEO Docrobot (E-COM LLC).

2021: Moving to the Docrobot brand
E-COM (EXITE), a developer of services for B2B and interaction B2G, changed its name on February 1, 2021 and switched to the Docrobot brand. The updated corporate identity has become a logical continuation on the path of the company's development - from the provider of electronic document management to the developer of a Solution SaaS for federal retail chains such as X5 Retail Group, Magnit, etc.
As explained in the company, the Docrobot brand corresponds to the product and technological potential of the developer - the company plans to launch the Docrobot cloud platform soon. It will help retailers and suppliers speed up trade, simplify communication with counterparties and optimize business processes. The platform is based on the principle of using meta-information: the program code does not depend on the logic of the internal processes of the client company - this will allow you to flexibly configure the platform in accordance with the tasks of retail chains, suppliers and logistics companies.
The Docrobot platform already has a service for exchanging electronic waybills - ETrN. Also, a product labeling solution has been launched on the basis of Docrobot.

There are about 300 such standard solutions and there are already ready-made integration modules and connectors for them. Thanks to this, you can quickly achieve maximum efficiency from electronic document management: fully automate the transmission of a large amount of data and, thus, optimize operating costs. Eduard Kishkovsky, Head of Integration Solutions at E-COM |

Mostly work is carried out with. software 1C However, IT specialists of the provider often face atypical requests for systems:,, SAP Oracle SuperMag and others. In this case, an individual solution is prepared that is adapted to the customer's terms of reference.
E-COM entered the RC EDO and increased the base of partner operators to 64
The E-COM provider has increased the base of roaming partners by one and a half times. This happened thanks to the company's participation in the "Roaming Center for Electronic Document Management Operators" (RC EDO) Rostelecom.
Prior to joining the RC EDO, the provider had 42 roaming partners, including international companies: G * International Information Exchange , IBM BusinessMail 400 , Siemens BIS, CCMBX, ECOD/Comarch, EDIVAN/EDITEL, TELEDIN.
According to Eduard Kishkovsky, head of the E-COM integration department, "now the company has secured the opportunity to configure inter-operator information exchange of electronic documents without the cost of independent integration with twenty-two more operators, including Single electronic trading platform, Rus-Telecom, SystemGroup, UT GIS and others."
In total, E-COM has more than 60 roaming agreements.

The DOED status allows providers to ensure a legally significant document flow of invoices in electronic form through telecommunication channels using an electronic signature.
In the fall of 2016, the base of E-COM partners with whom it carries out inter-operator information exchange was increased by 1.5 times - this is more than 60 roaming agreements. UFG Private Equity Fund III invested in E-Com
UFG Private Equity Fund III became a major minority shareholder in the E-Com group of companies in the summer of 2016. The amount of the transaction and the share of the fund in the company were not disclosed.
Roaming with six EDI operators
E-Com has tested roaming with six electronic document management (EDO) operators working with legally relevant documents. So, according to ROSEU, this list includes SKB Kontur, Korus Consulting CIS, CisLink, Synerdocs (Directive). By mid-2016, E-Com had already entered into roaming agreements over 73 retail networks, thus ensuring prompt work with EDM, regardless of the basic business process settings of companies and their choice of provider.
"Of course, there areplenty of'pitfalls', as with any competitive environment where customer bases have major intersections. For example, large retail companies have a frequent practice of connecting several providers at once, focusing on maximum supplier coverage. Thus, on the one hand, a non-equilibrium percentage of providers in a particular trading enterprise is being built, and on the other hand, a competitive environment is being formed, which, in turn, forms the market, "said E-Com Sales Director Aleksei Roshchin. - However, this development leads to separate mechanisms for influencing suppliers by EDM operators, who do not always adhere to the same standards laid down in the procedure for setting up and connecting to electronic document exchange systems. That is why, for our part, we try to build transparent working conditions. "
As a result, through the EDI channel (Electronic data interchange), E-Com entered into roaming agreements with all operators interested in this process. In terms of legally significant document management, the company became a technological partner of ROSEU back in 2015.
Start-up of CTC
On February 29, 2016, E-COM announced a change in the approach to customer service and the opening of the Customer Service Center (CTC).
The increase in customer requests in 2015 was the basis for the company to decide to change the approach to their maintenance, to separate business segments into separate areas. The Customer Service Center (CTC) was launched at E-COM to form a segmented service system. Its main task is to separate large companies and small business organizations.
As a result, the new case processing system should increase the level of service to E-COM clients by up to 100%.
author = Yulia Ryazanova, Head of E-COM Technical Support We assessed customer requests for technical support and identified two problem areas. The first concerns directly the situation of processing requests from the call center to the responsible manager. Such a procedure could take place belatedly, since the manager, in addition to general appeals, was directly involved in work on large federal companies. The reaction to the request in this regard stretched over time. The second - in turn, revealed the need to redistribute the load on the technical service and platform. Exite-Evolution After that, four levels (SLA Service Level Agreement) were allocated, which will now allow coordinating work according to load criteria (volume of document flow) and the number of charged and non-charged client requests. |
Since the main emphasis in the work of the CTC will be on small businesses and individual entrepreneurs, according to Oleg Klusa, head of the customer service center (CTC) of E-COM, this will streamline the process of interaction between managers of the E-COM provider and directly small business organizations. All incoming and outgoing requests will be evenly distributed to department employees, which will significantly increase the percentage of processing of each call or letter.
author = Oleg Klusa For example, each request to the CTC will receive its own status of tracking the solution to the problem and work on it will be carried out, so to speak, "in hot pursuit": if the client receives an incorrect answer when asking for help, then the CTC will quickly respond to this situation and provide the necessary support, both technical and informational. |
2015
"E-COM" has agreed on roaming on EDI channels
On March 18, 2015, E-COM announced the signing of roaming agreements on EDI channels with retail chains: Petrovsky, Kalinka, Assorti and Intertorg. Expanding the scope of the electronic document exchange service, the company offers customers the opportunity to work with these retailers without connecting to the services of other providers.
By the beginning of March 2015, more than 20 suppliers received this opportunity.
Yulia Ryazanova, head of the EDI operator's technical support department, explained: "Roaming for retail is provided by providers in two main areas: electronic data exchange (EDI) and legal significant document management (SDC). And "E-COM," in this case, works in both of these areas with all providers available in Russia. A good example of such a service is roaming for the BILLA retail network. "E-COM" here provides an EDI channel between the retail network and suppliers using the services of providers such as Korus Consulting, Edisoft, CISLink. The exchange of SDA between the retailer and suppliers is provided by the company using the provider SKB "Kontur."
As of March 19, 2015, E-COM reports 42 roaming partners. Among them are foreign EDI operators - G * International Information Exchange , IBM BusinessMail 400 , Siemens BIS, CCMBX, ECOD/Comarch, EDIVAN/EDITEL, TELEDIN, Alex Group, Panteon.Net, SINFOS GmbH, Infinite Edi and others.
Roaming ensures the exchange of 100% of documents between suppliers and retail chains, both in Russia and abroad. There is no need to simultaneously connect to several providers at once, since an active connection is used in its accounting system without additional actions and without overpaying for transactions.
"Allparticipants in the electronic document management market, both retail chains and suppliers, benefit from roaming agreements," said Konstantin Yurchenko, head of the E-COM development department. - But, first of all, it is beneficial for the EDI providers themselves. After all, their goal is to provide their customers with the most affordable and easy service, where the most productive interaction is possible, without looking at the choice of a provider. "
