In the middle of October, 2019 ECG Management Consultants announced that it joins Siemens Healthineers as independent division to improve delivery of health care to clients.

Siemens Healthineers acquired a controlling stake of ECG Management Consultants for the unknown amount. It is expected that the transaction will be completely closed in the fourth quarter 2019 on condition of approval by regulating authorities.

The ECG Management Consultants company stated that it will continue to do own consulting business and will interact with clients irrespective of Siemens Healthineers. However at the same time the staff of ECG Management Consultants will join global business service Siemens Healthineers within which they will advise patients with the help of "integrated and complex" solutions of the parent company.

The president of ECG Management Consultants Stephen Messinger said that the company intends to provide also further objective and independent recommendations as clients appreciate her honesty and decency. Though the company will continue work under own brand, employees will get access to the innovation data and means of Siemens Healthineers. In particular, the company will get access to digital platforms and a global network of Siemens Healthineers that will allow not only to improve service quality, but also to expand considerably a circle of clients. At the same time Siemens Healthineers implements the project "Healthineers Strategy 2025", having been fixed in the market of consulting services.^[1]
