2020: Consolidation of divisions Orange Business Services on development of digital solutions for health care based on Enovacom

On October 6, 2020 the Orange Business Services company reported that it strengthened positions in e-health with assistance of Enovacom.

According to the company, health care — the key direction of the strategic plan of development of Orange Engage 2025. Within the strategy of Orange Business Services will reorganize the divisions working in the field of health care — Enovacom and Orange Healthcare. It is necessary completely to satisfy requirements of the organizations working in the field of health care which for October, 2020 undergo active process of digital transformation. Since October, 2020 Enovacom entirely is responsible for work with B2B-clients on the direction of electronic health care (e-health).

Orange Business Services understands need of gain of presence in the field of health care. Thanks to Enovacom integration we will be able to expand the portfolio and to optimize examination, proposing individual solutions for all participants of the industry of health care. Enovacom will seize the opportunities which are given by the Orange group for problem solving of health care and participation in more large-scale projects. Enovacom entering into division of Orange Business Services on implementation of digital solutions and work with data will head Laurent Frigara (Laurent Frigara and Renaud Luparia — cofounders and Deputy CEOs. This direction is separated into three main departments:

• Department of transactions and transformations under the leadership of Eric Pieuchot. This division is responsible for deployment and provision of services for clients, providing at the same time compliance of processes and the security level of transactions to ISO - 27001 and to standards of data storage, on certification of HDS. Certification about safe storage of medical data is carried out by the French agency of digital health care (Agence du numérique en santé).
• Department of business development, in particular commercial business in France, Laurent Moulin heads.
• The department of product development headed by Frédéric Bourcier. The department will be engaged in development of digital products and solutions for a health care ecosystem.

The software and services of digital health care of the updated structure answer four key tasks: to data protection about health, to exchange and sharing of information, digitization of clinical records of patients and further use of data on health.
