2022: Orange Business Services bought Exelus
On May 30, 2022, health care company Enovacom, part of the Orange Business Services group, announced the purchase of French telemedicine platform Exelus for an undisclosed amount.
Exelus owns and operates the Nomadeec digital platform, which is used by health facilities to provide remote consultations, patient admissions and emergency telemedicine via video and telephone.

After the deal, the companies intend to take their offer to other markets and expand the use of 5G, data security, compatibility and IoT within the digital platform.
Orange Business Services noted that the purchase strengthened its "strategic positioning as a trusted digital transformation partner in eHealth."
Nomadeec is used in 25% of emergency medical organizations in France, in more than 150 ambulance companies and in more than 200 health and social care centers
The transaction is subject to the usual closing conditions.[1]
