Cooperation Agreement with Netrica Medicine

On September 10, 2021, Netrika Medicine and the Center for Strategic Initiatives of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency (CSI FMBA) entered into a cooperation agreement. The document was signed by the general director of the company Denis Chumakov and the director of the center Nikita Odintsov.

ANO "CSI FMBA" is engaged in the implementation of the commercial potential of the latest developments of the FMBA of Russia, significant projects in the field of pharmaceuticals, the introduction of innovative drugs, as well as information, strategic and practical support for agency institutions. Netrica Medicine specializes in the development of digital health IT solutions for the public and private health sectors.

Within the framework of the agreement, organizations will work to improve approaches to organizing the digital segment of health management, implementing mechanisms for the development, implementation, export of medical information systems and systems aimed at organizing health care.

Cooperation of FMBA of Russia and "Netrik Meditsin" began much earlier: in 2020 the company developed and delivered for the Federal Agency the integration and analytical platform of the Uniform departmental medical information and analytical system on the basis of a program complex "to N3. Health care", realizing functions of integration of departmental medicine with EGISZMinzdrava of Russia, possibilities of interaction with the portal of public services.

"Cooperation with leading companies in the informatization segment of public health is extremely important for us in terms of access to expertise, which can and should be used to facilitate the digital transformation processes of the FMBA of Russia and the network of its subordinate institutions," said Nikita Odintsov, director of the FMBA Central Research Center.

"The cooperation agreement is an important stage in our joint work with the FMBA of Russia. The agency's structure includes more than 220 subordinate medical organizations, for which the development of information systems is one of the priority tasks. High-quality data exchange between all FMBA organizations, as well as their integration with the Uniform State Health Information System, will allow all medical organizations of the Agency to be included in a single digital health care circuit, ensure improved patient service levels, centrally connect a number of digital medical services, "said Denis Chumakov, Director General of Netrika Medicine.

FMBA has created a center for strategic initiatives, which will deal with medtech projects

In July 2021, the Federal Medical and Biological Agency (FMBA of Russia) announced the creation of a center for strategic initiatives, which will, among other things, implement medical projects.

According to the agency's website, the Center for Strategic Initiatives of FMBA ANO will ensure the implementation of the commercial potential of the latest developments of the FMBA of Russia, significant projects in the field of pharmaceuticals, the introduction of innovative drugs, as well as information, strategic and practical support for agency institutions. In particular, an autonomous non-profit organization (ELN) will provide services aimed at developing the health sector and medical technologies, organizing the introduction and export of medical technologies and products.

FMBA has formed a center for strategic initiatives, which will deal with medtech projects

The head of the new non-profit organization was Nikita Odintsov, who previously worked as an assistant to the Minister of Health of the Russian Federation, deputy head of the All-Russian Center for Disaster Medicine "Protection" and the head of the Federal Resource Center, which performed the tasks of the Ministry of Health of Russia.

The center was created to promote the latest medicines and technologies being developed at the Federal Medical and Biological Agency, projects in the field of digitalization, "said Nikita Odintsov.

According to him, ANO development plans are not limited only to the field of pharmaceuticals, but are aimed at participating in all areas where there is interest of FMBA institutions in the introduction of products and technologies into civil circulation, their introduction in Russia and the organization of exports.

It is noted that the "Center for Strategic Initiatives of the FMBA" was created as a result of the reorganization of the autonomous non-profit organization "Medical Chamber of the FMBA."^[1]
