iGooods is service on the product delivery of century Russia. The company performs the product delivery from hypermarkets METRO TAPE, KARUSEL MAGNET Globus PRISMA Selgros, Real and SuperBabylon in St. Petersburg To Moscow Kazan Belgorod Orenburg, Surgut and Kingisepp (Leningrad Region) (data on for August, 2019).

Service performs delivery from 100 hypermarkets. Integration of the directory and a price from outlets allows to maintain relevance of the prices and products provided available in trading floors.

2020: Growth of turnover by 3 times

The delivery service of the products igooods for 2020 made more than 1.8 million deliveries to total amount of 7.8 billion rubles. In financial expression turnover of the company grew by 3 times in comparison with 2019. Indicators managed to be increased due to strengthening of positions of service in regions of presence, connection of additional networks and expansions of geography of franchasing network. The average bill in 2020 in comparison with 2019 grew by 17% up to 4,285 rubles taking into account delivery cost. The most expensive order of the individual cost 172 thousand rubles. The cost of the biggest purchase among legal entities was 806 thousand rubles.

In 2020 igooods began work more than in 20 cities of Russia. Retail chain stores Auchan, OK, of Globus became partners of the company. Delivery on the white label model with retailers the Tape and Globus is started. Nearly 30% of the total number of orders are the share of the appeared partners. The joint project on the product delivery is also begun with Joom - Joom fresh. Service reached payback in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Barnaul, Belgorod and several more regions. For the end of 2020 delivery is made from 209 hypermarkets in all cities of presence.

The company carried out rebranding and started a number of additional functions. For example, producers had a possibility of promotion of a brand on the platform igooods. Advertizing for igooods was already tested by about 50 producers. Among clients such companies as Mars, Fazer, Procter&Gamble, PepsiCo, Baltika and others. In further igooods is going to expand the functionality from just service on the product delivery to the assistant in household affairs.

The product delivery is only a first step on simplification of life. The help with the house is necessary in many other questions, for example, in the same planning of the budget. Therefore we intend to become an assistant on management of life. In general, according to our forecasts, in 2021 we will grow up twice. For this purpose we will strengthen positions in regions and also to open other cities and the countries for igooods. Next year we are going to begin work in one of the European countries. For this purpose we will carry out a round of investments which presumably will come to the end in the second quarter 2021, - Grigory Kunis added.

2020

Registration of the "igooods help in household chores" trademark

The igooods service registered in Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) the trademark, the image "igooods help in household chores". Patent validity period - 10 years, till April 9, 2030. The owner - Ayguds Sistems LLC. It became known on December 11, 2020.

Application No. 2020718918 was submitted in April, 2020, the service registered the brand on December 9, 2020 (number of state registration: 787786). The image in dark green corporate colors assumes the international classification of goods by categories 35.39 and 43.

Registration of the trademark is necessary to expand functionality of igooods from just delivery service of products to bigger range of the help with maintaining a family life. In the application a number of additional services, including on planning of the family budget will appear. Additional functions of service for December, 2020 take place a test stage.

Transition from just service on the product delivery to the assistant on conducting household chores - a logical step. Start of the advertizing platform for producers

The igooods service started the advertizing platform for producers. It became known on July 29, 2020.

The companies will be able to advance the goods on the platform igooods in 11 retail chain stores in 36 cities of Russia with monthly audience on the website in 600 thousand people. While the service takes place a test stage, sales of some producers already grew by 1.5-2.5 times.

The igooods service analyzes online sales of a product in specific hypermarket through the platform. Data processing gives information on dynamics of sales depending on a season and holidays, a portrait of the buyer and his habits that helps to optimize filling of shelves and allows to predict sales of separate types of goods. In the long term the producer will be able to see all this analytics in a personal account on the website igooods.ru.

For the end of July, 2020 the service offers producers several methods of support of a brand: through an advertizing selection (banners of the different sizes), on an advertizing band (products are placed marked 'advertizing' over organic issue of goods) and sampling of goods. In the long term there will be a possibility of promotion by placement of an advertizing label on a product (for example, 'innovation' or 'hit'). For July 29, 2020 promotion is available in the deskopny version of the website igooods.ru, and sampling is available in Moscow and St. Petersburg.

Gradual overflowing of buyers from offline in online requires additional tools for support of producers. Through service more than 200 thousand to SKU and the companies are on sale it is necessary to fight for buyers. For July, 2020 income from advertizing of brands we occupy 3% in revenue of service, further we assume to increase volume to 10%. In our opinion, this perspective direction, producers receive high ROI. In nine months of testing of the platform promotion by different methods was tested by about 50 producers among which both the international, and federal Russian brands.

Rebranding: change of a logo, corporate flowers and values

The delivery service of the products iGooods announced on May 15, 2020 rebranding process start: the logo, corporate colors and values of the company changed. It only the beginning of large-scale changes. In the future the philosophy of a brand will be based not only on the product delivery, but also on broader help with conducting household chores. Including it is planned that service will become help in planning of the family budget, will remind about timely replenishment action and will become support in the solution of other important household tasks. The updated design is developed in cooperation with the ONY agency.

Rebranding will take place step by step. The uniform of couriers, a logo on packing materials, design of cabinets and the equipment in hypermarkets, a design of office of the company according to the updated style and color will be gradually replaced. The website of service works in the updated style, is also going to stylize the application according to the updated design.

Employment of personnel of Teremk, Sportmaster and "cream puff" for the period of a pandemic

On April 10, 2020 it became known that the delivery service of the products iGooods began cooperation with a number of network restaurants and shops according to the program of exchange of personnel for the period of a coronavirus pandemic. Service suggests to employ and train the staff of the companies which cannot temporarily work on the main specialty because of closing offline points.

In iGooods for the beginning of April, 2020 1500 purchasers and couriers work. The purpose of the company - until the end of April to increase the staff to 3200 people. Employees "Teremka", "cream puff", "Sportmaster" and a taxi pool "068" already passed to work into iGooods as personal purchasers and couriers. Service also conducts negotiations with networks "British Bakeries", "Rainbow smile", "Brownie", Rolf 585 Burger King KFC McDonalds.

Against the background of a coronavirus demand for the product delivery increased by 4 times. Because of it the need for purchasers and couriers considerably increased. The staff increase will allow to save quality of rendering service and will allow to avoid delays during the collecting and the product delivery.

All iGooods is going to recruit 800 couriers and 1200 purchasers in all cities of presence. Most of all jobs will be created in Moscow and St. Petersburg, Kazan, Tver, Tula, Yaroslavl and Belgorod follow. In spite of the fact that in more remote regions - Surgut, Barnaul and Orenburg, growth of orders yet not such considerable, service will also strengthen staff.

2019

iGooods increased turnover by 2.2 times to 2.6 billion rub

The IT startup on iGooods product delivery in 2019 made deliveries to 2.6 billion rubles. It more than twice exceeds indicators of 2018 (1.2 billion rubles). Turnover managed to be increased due to expansion of number of retail chain stores and growth of the customer base in the cities of presence. The most fast-growing city by the number of orders - Moscow, fell on the capital a quarter of all deliveries.

In total for 2019 iGooods delivered about 696,000 orders, and from the moment of foundation of service more than 1.2 million deliveries were executed. In 2019 the average bill was 3,664 rubles, and sales of LFL increased by 2.2 times.

The peak of orders fell on December 30: this day 5402 deliveries were executed. In regions the number of orders on holidays grew twice in comparison with normal days. In St. Petersburg this indicator increased by 1.7 times. In total in New Year's Eve days (on December 28-31) service executed more than 17,000 orders for total amount of 71 million rubles in all cities of presence.

Product leaders of the New Year's list: vegetables, caviar, meat and juice. Petersburgers preferred to prepare New Year's dishes independently, and Muscovites - to order ready cookery. Gift sets, packaging paper and packets occurred in many orders.

'We consider 2019 successful for service. Today 172,000 people used service, and applications were downloaded more than 527,000 times. In a year networks 'Magnet', 'Alphabet of Taste' and 'Globus' were connected to service. Only for December from 9 Globus shops more than 8000 orders were executed.

In total 145 shops in 8 cities of presence are connected to delivery. In 2019 service came out to Barnaul - the most east city on the card of delivery. Reached operational payback of iGooods in St. Petersburg, Surgut, Orenburg and Kazan. Within partnership with Joom the iGooods service attracted from a marketplace 325 million rubles investments.

Joom purchased 10% of iGooods for 325 million rubles.

On August 26, 2019 it became known that the international mobile marketplace of Joom and delivery service of the products iGooods signed the agreement on strategic partnership: Joom purchases 10% of shares of iGooods management company for 325 million rub. The transaction was closed in the middle of August, money arrived one tranche.

Service is going to begin cooperation with different retail chain stores, to improve the user functionality of the website and applications, to strengthen marketing, using online and offline of the platform.
