2022: Attracting investment from Target Global
Indoor Robotics, which develops technological solutions for protecting homes and businesses, announced on June 15, 2022 the completion of Series A funding in the amount of $15 million.
The funding round was led by Pitango and was attended by Target Global, European Innovation Council Fund and Spider Capital. The funds received will be spent on accelerating the development of the company's products.
Indoor Robotics was founded in 2018 by Doron Ben David and Amit Moran. The company is developing an intelligent platform for premises. The main product of Indoor Robotics is the Tando autonomous drone, which uses numerous sensors and patented algorithms to accurately map and navigate in any room, allowing it to move autonomously above or around any items in its path, ensuring the safety and monitoring of large areas.
Tando performs security and inspection missions, identifies and predicts violations and potential threats, detects hazardous gas leaks and fires, allows preventive maintenance by identifying areas in buildings requiring care, studies the environment, and responds to various detected anomalies, allowing users to achieve more effective control of the area and improve response times.
The Tando attaches to the ceiling and works like a surveillance camera when not in flight. In addition to office buildings, it is used for security and monitoring of warehouses, data centers, shopping centers and retailers.
We have rethought the capabilities of the drone and combined humanoid capabilities with artificial intelligence tools to enable next-generation surveillance and monitoring, "said Doron Ben David, CEO of Indoor Robotics. Tando is already used by some of the most prestigious companies in the world and security monitoring firms, and it has a significant impact on security and security.[1] |
