Laboratory of the future created the device for remote monitoring of a status of transmission lines Kanatokhod. The special platform is joined to an electricity transmission aerial wire, loaded from it, and during the movement performs diagnostic and small repair procedures. The UAV, the second component of a complex, is used for transportation - sets the platform on an aerial line and removes from it. A system was tested near Volgograd and was provided in Irkutsk. The output of the device to the Russian and world markets is planned for 2018.
