Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) is the executive body of state power of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), which performs the functions of developing and coordinating the implementation of the state economic policy of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), state regulation of investment activities, implementation of state policy in the field of public-private partnership and concession agreements, cluster policy. In carrying out its activities, the Ministry ensures the priority of goals and objectives for promoting competition in the relevant commodity markets in the territory of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)^[1]

2018: Succession

Decree of the Head of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) of March 31, 2018 No. 2492^[2] of^[2] functions of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) to implement the state policy in the field of trade activities in the territory of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), implementation of regulatory impact assessment, promotion of competition development were transferred to the Ministry of Investment Development and Entrepreneurship of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) (from June 10, 2018 - Ministry of Entrepreneurship, Trade and Tourism of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)^[3]

By Decree of the Head of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) of June 10, 2018 No. 2655^[3] of^[3], the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) transferred the functions of the Ministry of Investment Development and Entrepreneurship of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) on state regulation of investment activities, implementation of state policy in the field of public-private partnership, cluster policy.

Decree of the Government of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) of June 14, 2018 No. 185^[1] were approved by the Regulation on the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), according to which the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) is the legal successor of the Ministry of Economy and Industrial Policy of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the Ministry of Economy and Forecasting of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the State Committee of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) on Economics and Forecasting.

2014: Activities of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)

According to the Regulation on the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), approved by Decree of the Head of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) dated June 16, 2014 No. 2713, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) was the executive body of state power of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), which carried out the functions of developing and coordinating the implementation of the state economic policy of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

The Ministry was the authorized executive body of state power of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), which carried out the functions of implementing state policy in the field of trade activities, introducing a regulatory impact assessment, and promoting competition^[4] of^[4].

2013: Renaming to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)

By Decree of the Head of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) dated November 28, 2013 No. 2337, the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) was formed (since December 2016 - the Ministry of Industry and Geology of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)^[5]). The functions of the Ministry of Economy and Industrial Policy of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) for the development and implementation of state policy, regulatory legal regulation and management in the field of industry were transferred to the created Ministry. The Ministry of Economy and Industrial Policy of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) was renamed the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)^[6]

The Ministry of Economy and Industrial Policy of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) was an executive body of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), which carried out the development, coordination and implementation of state socio-economic policies, including interdepartmental coordination and state regulation of industry and, trade determination of ways of economic development and methods of its regulation, ensuring a decent standard of living for people in the North and the Far East (Russia Regulation on the Ministry of Economy and Industrial Policy of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) dated May 26, 2011 No. 231^[7]

Transformation into the Ministry of Economy and Industrial Policy of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)

By decree of the Head of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) of May 14, 2011 No. 640^[8]), the Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) was transformed into the Ministry of Economy and Industrial Policy of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

2006: Activities of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) was the leading executive body of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), which carried out the development, coordination and implementation of state socio-economic policies, including determining ways of developing the economy and methods of regulating it, ensuring a decent standard of living for people in the North by creating a socially oriented market economy^[9]
