Ministry of Entrepreneurship, Trade and Tourism of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)

The Ministry of Entrepreneurship, Trade and Tourism of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) (Minpro RS (Z)) is the authorized executive body of state power of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), performing the functions of:

• implementation of the state policy in the development of small and medium-sized businesses, the tourism industry, in the field of trade activities, catering, the introduction of a regulatory impact assessment, assistance in the development of competition,
• compiling a list of trade facilities (territories) located within the territory of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and subject to categorization in the interests of their anti-terrorist protection,
• exercises on the territory of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) regional state control (supervision) in the field of retail sale of alcoholic and alcohol-containing products in accordance with the Federal Law of November 22, 1995 No. 171-FZ "On state regulation of the production and circulation of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products and on limiting the consumption (drinking) of alcoholic beverages."
• regulation of the contract system in the field of procurement for the organization of holding in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) assessment of compliance and monitoring of compliance of procurement plans, drafts of such plans, changes made to such plans, drafts of changes made to such plans, annual reports to the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation providing for the participation of small and medium-sized businesses in the procurement in accordance with the Procedure for signing and approving notifications and conclusions, issued based on the results of conformity assessment and compliance monitoring provided for by Federal Law No. 223-FZ dated July 18, 2011 "On Procurement of Goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities, "approved by the Decree of the Head of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) dated March 3, 2016 No. 969 (Approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) dated March 11, 2022 No. 137).
