2025: SKB Kontur increased its stake in Moneyplace to 100%
On February 3, 2025, it became known that PF SKB Kontur JSC entered into an agreement on the acquisition of Manipleis LLC, the developer of the Moneyplace analytical platform, which helps optimize the work of sellers on major marketplaces. There is no information on the value of the transaction as of the specified date.
SKB Kontur entered the capital of Moneyplace in December 2023, having bought an 80 percent stake from the founders of the platform Dmitry Ermolaev and Alexander Boltenkov. After that, a new general director was appointed in Moneyplace: he became the former head of the macroregional center "SKB Kontur" Sergey Kasyanov. As part of the new transaction, SKB Kontur became the sole owner of Manipleis LLC, having bought the remaining 20% in the company's structure from its founders.
Moneyplace is a cross-platform service for analyzing sales of competitors and finding profitable goods on the marketplaces Wildberries, Ozon, Yandex Market, Magnit Market and Lamoda. The service analyzes the preferences of buyers, and also takes into account data on warehouses and logistics of product deliveries. Thanks to its implementation, novice sellers are said to increase the volume of sales of goods by 74% in the first 4-7 months of work. The cost of services starts from 9900 rubles per month or 79,000 rubles per year. Premium fares are available for a quick start to sales, Deluxe for effective development and Enterprise for managing big business.

2023: Acquisition by SKB Kontur of a stake in Manipleis LLC
The SKB Kontur group of companies, under the Kontur brand developing an ecosystem for business, acquired a stake in Moneyplace (Manipleis LLC), which provides a set of services and services for successful sales on marketplaces. Representatives of SKB Kontur reported this to TAdviser on December 25, 2023. According to them, after the deal, the service team, including the founders, remains in full force.
