2024: Fura bought the National Transport Company (NTK)

On October 2, 2024, it became known that the service for organizing cargo transportation "Fura" carried out a deal to buy NTK LLC, a digital forwarder from the Trucker group of companies. There is no information on the value of the asset as of that date.

As the founder of "Truck" Philip Gazmanov, the son of pop singer Oleg Gazmanov, said, the acquisition of "NTK" will help strengthen the company's competitive position. Fura expects to quickly attract carriers and customers from the regions thanks to a wide network of branches. The deal allowed to increase the base of proven carriers to 200 thousand. At the same time, the company's staff expanded to about 250 people, and the number of customers exceeded 500.

Previously, NTK was part of the Trucker Group holding, in which control belongs to the investment company Klever Internet. In addition, Trucker Group owns TMS-Software (NTA LLC), which offers Solution SaaS for automotive and railway logistics. As noted by Trucker co-founder Konstantin Kardyshev, the sale of NTK will focus efforts on the Trucker TMS platform.

The deal with Fura will allow us to focus on the development of our IT product, which remains in the Trucker Group - Trucker TMS portfolio. We see huge potential in the market for transportation management systems, especially after the departure of foreign suppliers, "Kardyshev notes.

It is noted that the buyer of "NTK" was LLC "Freiter" - one of the legal entities of the Fura brand, the main area of ​ ​ work of which was declared "the activities of auxiliary other related to transportation." Arthur Zhazhoyan, who is also one of the founders of Fura, is the general director of Frater LLC. After the closure of the transaction, Fura expects an increase in turnover to 8 billion rubles by the end of 2024.^[1]
