2023: Arrest of ex-deputy general director on charges of bribery
On July 24, 2023, it became known that a criminal case was sent to the Dubninsky City Court of the Moscow Region against the former first deputy general director of JSC RTI Group Sistema and deputy general director of PJSC IAC Vympel, Major General Vyacheslav Lobuzko. 2015: Office search, documents seized
Law enforcement agencies searched the Radio Engineering and Information Systems concern, TASS reported in June 2015. The financial documents in the case of overstating the cost of the contract for the construction of the National Integration Center for Monitoring Biological Threats for the Ministry of Health were seized.

2011: Bank of Moscow will invest 3 billion rubles in the development of RTI Group

Sistema is creating RTI Group together with the Bank of Moscow. The corporation will contribute 97% of the shares of the Radio Engineering and Information Systems concern (RTI Group Systems) and 2.88 billion rubles to its authorized capital, and the Bank of Moscow - 3 billion rubles.
The bank's share in RTI Group will be 15.4%, and Sistema - 84.6%. For this transaction, Sistema's share in the concern was estimated at about 14 billion rubles, the assessment was carried out by Ernst & Young. The rest of the shares of the concern belong to individuals, they will not be included in the new company, adds Belous.
AFK and the Bank of Moscow intend to ensure the implementation of the investment program of the RTI Group System Concern, including in the field of large-scale state projects, such as geoinformatics and Glonass, says the vice president of Sistema and chairman of the board of directors of the Sergei Boev concern. The strategy of the RTI Group System concern is aimed at creating a leader in the Russian industry in the field of innovative radio technologies, including in the defense sector, and the Bank of Moscow has been working with many defense enterprises for 12 years, a bank representative adds. According to him, the financial capabilities of the bank will allow diversifying the activities of RTI Group and commercializing its developments.
The revenue of RTI Group Systems for the first nine months of 2010 amounted to $336 million, OIBDA - $56 million, and debt - $82 million. He recalls that in November 2010, Sistema agreed to create a similar partnership with the British holding Thomas Cook in the field of travel business (AFK contributed a controlling stake in Intourist, and the British - $45 million), and in December, Sberbank acquired a block stake in Detsky Mir from AFK for 3.4 billion rubles.
2000: Creation of the "RTI System Concern" on the basis of two institutes
Concern RTI Group Systems OJSC was created in 2000 by the financial corporation AFK Sistema on the basis of two leading Russian radio engineering institutes - RTI Group and NIIDAR - with the aim of "building a business out of the institute."
