2022: Liquidation of the legal entity

According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, RusTransCom LLC was liquidated on December 30, 2022. The activity of the legal entity was terminated by reorganization in the form of accession. The successor was Rusagrotrans JSC.

2021

Consolidation of railway assets of RTK "Demetra-Holding"

Demetra-Holding has completed the consolidation of the railway assets of the RusTransCom Group of Companies (RTK), which is part of the company's strategy for the development of the company's logistics and trading assets. This was announced by the RTK Group on August 13, 2021.

The integration of companies will help improve the efficiency of supply chains within the country, modernize the logistics infrastructure of the market and optimize grain supplies for export, which will ultimately strengthen the position of Russian agro-industrial complex products on world markets.

Demetra-Holding intends to continue the implementation of the RTK Group's strategy aimed at maintaining the company's leading positions in the transportation segments with a specialized composition, including agricultural, forest and bulk cargo, and the transportation of mineral fertilizers.^[1]

RTK Group of Companies is a multidisciplinary railway holding. The largest carrier of agricultural, mineral and forest cargo. It was founded by Konstantin Zasov and Konstantin Sintsov in 2008. There are 68,000 units of rolling stock in the combined car fleet of the RTK Group of Companies, including hopper cars of all types, gondola cars, timber transportation platforms, fitting and universal platforms, and vegetable oil tanks. The group of companies is one of the three largest Russian independent rolling stock operators in terms of the volume of railcar fleet in management.

As of February 2021, Demeter-Holding owned 50.01% of the RTK Group of Companies.

RTK Group of Companies is one of the leading operators of rolling stock in Russia, occupying a leading position in specialized market segments (October 2015).

2012

As of August 2012, RusTransCom LLC is a company that has been successfully operating in the railway transport market for more than 5 years. The company is engaged in the provision of specialized grain cars for the transportation of grain goods by rail in domestic and export-import traffic.

2008: Founding of RusTransCom

RTK Group of Companies (Rustransky) was founded by Konstantin Zasov and Konstantin Sintsov in 2008.
