2016: Creation of service of predictive analytics together with SAP

SAP and "Yandex" create service of predictive analytics

According to forecasts of analysts of Transparency Market Research, by 2019 the volume of the world market of predictive analytics can grow to $6.5 billion, increasing approximately by 17.8% annually. In 2012 sales of these solutions were measured by $2.1 billion^[1]

2015: Yandex Data Factory and Intel begin the joint project

On March 2, 2015 Intel and Yandex Data Factory announced the beginning of strategic cooperation. The new initiative will integrate unique methods of the analysis of the Big Data YDF and the leading architecture for the data processing centers (DPC) on the basis of Intel Xeon technology.

The strategic problem of partnership consists in acceleration of implementing solutions for Big Data among customers. It will allow the companies of all scales to receive commercial benefit from the data processed by YDF.

YDF will be engaged in development and optimization of technologies of collecting, storage and the analysis of Big Data for architecture which is the most popular platform supporting the broad range of solutions of the next generation. In turn, Intel will advance among the customers of development of YDF * as the entrusted partner in the field of the analysis of Big Data.

It is supposed that cooperation with YDF will support technologies of Intel for DPC and Internet of Things as customers will be able to manage and analyze the data obtained from different sources since sensors, sensors and gateways and finishing with digital devices.
