Direct is an online order delivery service for shops, restaurants and individuals. Ultra-fast delivery in 10-15 minutes by using predictive algorithms that predict where and how many couriers will be needed. The service uses its own technology platform that can process multi-category orders of any volume. Orders from different categories are automatically grouped on the route, in one trip the courier can deliver up to 20 parcels - this approach reduces the cost of each delivery by 2 times.

Service Direct, a project of Master Delivery, launched in 2021. Works according to the franchise model in 100 + cities of Russia and Europe. By the end of 2021, it is planned to expand to 150 cities. Currently, more than 10 thousand couriers are connected to the platform. In the first half of 2021, more than 500 thousand orders were delivered through direct, the total turnover amounted to 560 million rubles.

At the end of 2021, the turnover of the Master Delivery platform amounted to 4.9 billion rubles. In the first year of operation, the company expanded its network of presence to 130 + cities in Russia and abroad, completing 3 million orders. The average monthly growth rate was 86%. The franchise network, which is being developed by Master Delivery, is represented in 14 countries.

Turnover growth by 10 times to 560 million rubles
On July 6, 2021, the Direct delivery service, a project of Master Delivery, announced the results of work in the first half of 2021. The total turnover of goods (GMV) increased tenfold and reached 560 million rubles in the first half of the year.
Master Delivery launched in January 2021, provides a franchise and for July 2021 delivers online orders from restaurants and stores in Russia and abroad. Since the beginning of the year, more than 400 thousand orders have been completed through the Direct service. The company delivers up to 6,500 orders daily.
'Direct '- an ultra-fast delivery service in 10-15 minutes - is present not only in the capital, but also in remote regions. As of July 2021, the service is already operating in 80 Russian cities. In June 2021, the company announced the continuation of regional and international expansion, launching a last-mile delivery service in St. Petersburg and Rome. By the end of 2021, it is planned to expand its presence in 150 cities of Russia and continue development in Europe.
The growth rate is achieved through years of experience in the industry, a deep understanding of the market needs and the technical superiority of our digital platform. The company has 85 specialists as of July 2021: engineers, programmers, candidates of sciences. In the near future, it is planned to expand the staff to 150 people.

2022: Raising $6 million in investments
On February 21, 2022, Master Delivery, which develops the Direct courier delivery service, announced the attraction of $6 million in investments for development abroad, as well as for further scaling in the Russian market.

2021: Delivery service launch in Germany
On August 26, 2021, Master Delivery, developing the Direct ultra-fast delivery brand, announced its launch in Germany. Germany became the second country of service presence - after Italy - as part of global expansion.
The company estimates that Germany is one of the promising European markets, growing by more than 10% annually. At the same time, only 3% of customers use home delivery in this country, while in the leading countries this figure reaches 15-20%.
The launch in Germany was the next stage in the company's international expansion strategy. In June 2021, Master Delivery launched a delivery service in Rome and fully localized its services in two months. It was possible to achieve the maximum indicators of European quality, and the share of orders delivered on time was 100%.
The plans include connecting customers, including network ones, as well as expanding into adjacent delivery segments. In Germany, Master Delivery plans to start with the delivery of finished food from restaurants, develop towards the delivery of food from stores and further to other categories of goods. The company will operate according to the delivery-as-a-service model.
We are developing very quickly, faster than any startup. It took us less than a year from the moment the service was founded to launch in 100 + cities of Russia and reach the international level. We see the market's need for fast, quality and predictable delivery. We plan to reduce the share of cancellations of orders (in Europe it is 8-10%) and increase the number of deliveries without delays, bringing them closer to the results that we show in Russia - on average 90%. At the end of August 2021, we are negotiating and preparing technological integration with a large client from Western Europe, said Igor Shiyanov, CEO of Master Delivery.

The company notes that the efficiency of operations and the cost of delivery directly depends on the number of orders per hour. In Europe, delivery is widespread on scooters that increase the mobility and speed of the courier. Another important factor is the transformation of labor relations with couriers, which affected almost all countries and influenced the withdrawal of many delivery services from the international market. According to Master Delivery, the quality of the delivery market will be due to courier-centric relationships and correct work with business margins.
The goal of the company in European markets is to automate and standardize logistic business processes in countries with high growth rates, as well as to develop a partner network according to the franchise model. By the end of 2021, Master Delivery plans to launch in three more European countries.
