Binko Gennady Feliksovich

Born in Moscow.

In 1982 he graduated from the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute with a degree in Experimental Nuclear Physics, in 2004 - the All-Russian Correspondence Financial and Economic Institute with a degree in Enterprise Management. He is a candidate of physical and mathematical sciences.

From 2001 to 2005, he worked as Deputy General Director of OJSC Northern Energy Management Company for the management of OJSC Arkhenergo.

From 2005 to 2009 - Member of the Management Board, Deputy General Director of OGK-6 OJSC.

From 2009 to 2011 - Member of the Management Board, Deputy General Director of IDGC Holding OJSC.

Since December 2008, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of RAO ES of the East OJSC.

Since August 2009 - Chairman of the Board of Directors of OESK OJSC.

Since December 2009 - Member of the Board of Trustees of the RZHS Foundation.

Since June 2010 - Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of IDGC of the South OJSC, member of the Board of Directors of IDGC of the North Caucasus OJSC and Tyumenenergo OJSC, Chairman of the Board of Directors of NIIEE OJSC and IDGC of the Volga OJSC.
