Biography

Born October 10, 1970 in Moscow.

• In 1987 he graduated from school number 315 in Moscow.
• In 1993 he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation (MIREA).
• In 1999 he completed a training course at the PRUE named after G.V. Plekhanova.
• From 2014 to 2017, Oleg studied at the Institute of Directors of Great Britain (IoD, UK) and became the owner of the highest international director qualification - IoD Chartered Director.

He has been working in the field of banking information technologies since 1994.

In the period from 1994 to 2005 he worked at the company Diasoft"," where under his leadership a line Diasoft of 5NT software products was developed and launched on the market. He was a member of the board of directors of Diasoft from 2001 to 2005.

From 2006 to 2020, he was a member of the Board of Directors of PJSC SDM-Bank"."

He headed Neoflex from its inception in 2005 until 2022. In the company, Oleg was responsible for strategy and business development.
