In 1984 graduated from MGIMO of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR.

In the system of the MFA - since 1984. Has extensive work experience in central office of the Ministry and abroad.

1984 - Worked with 1989 in Embassy of the USSR in Mexico.

1989 - 1994 - the attache, the third secretary, the second secretary, the first secretary of Management of the Latin American countries / Department of Central and South America.

1994 - 1999 - the adviser of Representation of the permanent observer of Russia at the Organization of American States, Washington Embassies of Russia in the USA.

1999 - 2004 - the adviser, the senior adviser, the head of department of the Latin American department (LAD).

2004 - 2009 - the minister counselor of Embassy of Russia in the Argentine Republic.

2009 - 2012 - the associate director of the Latin American department.

Since March 16, 2012 - the director of the Latin American department (Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Venezuela, the Caribbean countries, Colombia, Cuba, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, the countries of Central America, Chile, Ecuador).

• Breastplate "Honorary worker MFA of Russia".
