Biography
She graduated from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation with a degree in Financial Management, and also received a master's degree from Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov in the direction of Strategic Management and Innovation.
The career path began at Detsky Mir, where she went from brand manager to head of assortment management of the Children's Clothing category.
She worked at Modis and Cotton Way, where she built procurement processes, managed assortment and logistics, and ensured the implementation of plans for turnover and margin.
She was the operating director at Fortuna (brands Scarlett, Hyundai, Timberk, etc.), where she managed purchases, service, logistics and foreign offices. Its decisions made it possible to reduce the level of scrap and improve contract conditions and significantly optimize the product matrix.
She held senior positions at OZON, where she worked with both the procurement model (1P) and the partner (3P), was responsible for launching her own brand, developing the range of fashion categories, optimizing dead stock and launching a parallel import project to replace departed foreign brands.
She held the position of Deputy General Director - Managing Director of Lamoda, responsible for the strategy and operational management of Marketplace direction (3P model) and achieved growth in the company's EBITDA. In 2024, under her leadership, the online channel showed an increase in turnover and an improvement in margins, as well as an increase in the number of sellers. She also oversaw international operations in the CIS countries.
2025: Omnichannel Sales Director M.Video-Eldorado
M.Video-Eldorado on June 4, 2025 announced the appointment of Tatyana Andreeva to the position of Omnichannel Sales Director. In this role, Tatyana is responsible for the development and coordination of key sales areas with the greatest focus on e-commerce, including sales on its own marketplace, sites and mobile applications of the M.Video and Eldorado brands, as well as the development and operation of a network of 1,200 stores of the Company. In this role, Tatiana oversees the integration of all points of contact with the client - from offline channels and digital platforms to contact centers and B2B sales.
