Biography

Vladimir Alexandrovich was born on July 7, 1981 in Moscow.

He studied in high school with a bias in the field of computer science. In 2003, he graduated with honors from Moscow State University of Instrumentation and Computer Science with a degree in PC, systems, complexes and networks.

2002: "Sibintek"

He began his career in the field of information technology in 2002 at Sibintek as a manager of the Center for the Development of Service Technologies of the IT Service Directorate. His responsibilities included rationing service operations and works, maintaining a corporate directory of services and service products, developing the HP OpenView Service Desk system, developing and implementing methodologies, standards and processes for IT services.

2005: TopS Business Integrator and Optima Group of Companies

In 2005, he moved to TopS Business Integrator, where he led comprehensive projects for the implementation of Service Desk systems and the design of ITSM processes, then, as head of the Technological Development Department, participated in a large outsourcing IT startup in the Optima group of companies.

2008: "Microtest"

In 2008, he moved to Microtest as the head of IT outsourcing, where the main task of V.A. Frolov was to develop a business "from scratch" in the field of providing services.

2011: "Asteros"

In 2011, he took the post of Deputy Vice President of the Outsourcing Directorate in the Asteros group of companies. Vladimir Aleksandrovich headed the department, within the framework of which a program of projects was implemented to develop a methodology and transfer enterprises of Rosatom State Corporation for service to the Multifunctional General Service Center of Greenatom CJSC.

2013

2012: CTI

In 2012, he moved to CTI as Director of the Service/IT Outsourcing Department, where he was responsible for the development of three business areas: service support, IT outsourcing, consulting in the field of services.

2017: Sberbank-Service

In 2017, he moved to Sberbank-Service LLC, where he was appointed Director of the Sales and Business Development Department. During his work at the company, Frolov managed to build business processes and form strong competencies in the field of sales of IT services on the open market, interaction with Sberbank in terms of the implementation of new projects was significantly strengthened, the sales support function was formed, the product line was expanded, the process of managing relations with vendors was built.

2020: X5 Retail Group

In May 2020, he joined the X5 team as Director of the Computing Resources Development Department of the Infrastructure Directorate.

Responsible for the following areas in X5 Retail Group:

• Server infrastructure and storage systems;
• System software and infrastructure services;
• Database management systems;
• Centralized IT infrastructure trade facilities.

2023: Deputy Vice President, Operations, VK

Since April 17, 2023 - Deputy Vice President for Operations of the VK Group.
