Surface mounting line (October 17, 2017)
The components are installed on the line using high-precision surface mounting machines designed for the installation of various types of housings, including BGA and QFP. SMD components are then soldered in a conveyor furnace. Control is carried out using the X-ray inspection system of printed circuit board soldering quality. QTECH switch housings, as well as before, are manufactured in the metalworking industry in Russia. Blanks are made of sheet metal on modern high-precision coordinate-piercing presses. They are then processed on sheet bending presses. The housing is degreased and dried in specialized furnaces. After that, it enters the powder painting workshop. When the case is ready, it is sent to the assembly section, where a board is installed in it. After final assembly and packing in branded boxes, the switches are sent to the finished product warehouse.

Commutators start production QSW-3300
On July 30, 2015, QTECH announced the start of production of a series of QSW-3300 switches. The equipment was developed by the "Keytack Laboratory."
As of July 30, 2015, the QSW-3300 series includes nine models of L2-controlled switches:
- Multi-service access/aggregation switches with 4 integrated SFP + 10GE ports and 24 10/100/1000 Base-T ports, with two power supplies for redundancy and power distribution
- multi-service optical distribution/aggregation switches, equipped with 4 integrated ports 10GE SFP + and 24 ports 1000 Base-FX (SFP) with two power supplies;
- Price-optimized models with 4 1000Base-FX ports (SFP) and 24 10/100/1000 Base-T ports, with one and two PSUs.
The company plans to replenish the lineup with devices with support for an extended operating temperature range and POE functionality.
"The switches QSW-3300 have a very functional filling, they are easy to manage and simply scale, which undoubtedly increases control over the network as a whole. As a result, the costs of creating and operating an enterprise network are optimized. We created switches taking into account the requirements of government agencies, including a high level of security without loss in reliability and performance, "said Evgeny Zavizion, chief engineer at QTECH.
Devices have high performance, non-blocking architecture. This makes it possible to provide a guaranteed connection speed of 1 Gbps per port.Four uplink SFP/SFP + ports allow you to build redundant connections for data backup.

Full hardware support for IPv6 ensures the operation of switches in new generation networks. The MAC address table is 16,000 entries. 8 QoS queues allow you to guarantee the provision of services according to flexibly configurable characteristics. Stacking support allows devices to be grouped into protected groups that are identified and managed as a single logical switch.
The series has fan-free models, which allows you to install this equipment in non-air-conditioned cabinets, rooms, etc.
The body of the devices has an ergonomic and energy efficient design.
The equipment of the line supports Green Ethernet power saving technology (IEEE 802.3az). Devices are QSW-3300 effective in building Enterprise and SOHO network infrastructures. By the end of 2015, QTECH will present operator-grade equipment within this line.

Models in the QSW-3470 line with support for POE technology
On June 22, 2015, QTECH announced the expansion of the line of switches QSW-3470 models with support for POE (Power Over Ethernet) technology.
POE technology lowers the transmission of electrical power to the network device through a twisted pair in computer Ethernet networks. The arrangement of the POE supply facilitates the installation of the network equipment - power supplies and electrical outlets are not required. The devices of this series help to save on the cost of power cables and reduce the time of installation of equipment.

On April 21, 2015, QTECH announced the availability of a series of L3 light- QSW-3470 managed gigabit switches.
