Electronic transportation documents (EDS) are still formed in the Transportation Sphere. But now you can send them for signature to the State Key mobile application. This will allow fleet employees to confirm odometer and fuel level data right on the spot, avoiding the traditional process of signing an EPD on a computer with pre-installed specialized software using an enhanced qualified EP on a carrier (token).

This method of signing EPD occurs in one click and takes 15-20 seconds. To obtain the EP certificate required for signing the ED, the user must log in to the State Key mobile application and issue the EP certificate by pressing a button. Users can issue an EP certificate in advance in the State Key application, and sign the document if necessary at a convenient time. At the same time, when choosing a document for signing, the user receives a hint - which documents can be signed by the "State Key."

After sending for signing, the transport document is displayed in the mobile application of the certificate holder - after reviewing, the mechanic can sign or reject it also directly from the smartphone or tablet. Documents signed in the application have the same legal force as those signed in the usual way on a stationary computer using a token.

After signing the EPD, they are sent to the state information system of electronic transportation documents (GIS EPD) of the Ministry of Transport of Russia.

Encryption keys and EP certificates are stored in the State Key application for one year. After the expiration of the EP certificate in one year, you just need to re-issue the EP certificate itself in the application. The user will be notified of the need for re-release 30 days in advance.

When creating an EP certificate, multi-level protection is used, and the State Key itself is integrated into the SberKorus service through a secure channel, which makes working with documents even more secure.

The plans for the near future ‒ also implement a similar functionality for drivers so that signatories of transport companies can transfer the authority to sign electronic bills of lading to drivers themselves, which will significantly reduce the time spent working with documents.
