On April 7, 2022, some Muscovites received incorrect payments for housing and communal services (housing and communal services). The capital's mayor's office confirmed the problem and linked it to its technical problems.

Today, some users received incorrect e-mails and push notifications about receiving the Unified Payment Document, including debt EPDs. This situation occurred when updating the distribution service. There is no need to pay such bills - reported Department of Information Technology (DIT) Moscow on April 7, 2022.

The department also recalled that residents of Moscow can request up-to-date payment information on the public services portal.

DIT reported that on April 7, 2022, the incorrect mailing was stopped, and the service returned to stable operation. All users who have received incorrect notifications about the issued EPD will be sent additional messages with explanations, the department added.
