Project Point is developing a web solution of the same name and a mobile application for joint work of companies participating in an investment and construction project. The purpose of further work of Project Point is to provide the construction industry of the Russian Federation with advanced tools for joint work and communications of companies and specialists involved in construction projects.

History

2023: Purchase of 51% of shares by 1C

1C closed its 51% acquisition of Project Point. Representatives of "1C" shared this with TAdviser on September 5, 2023. According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Yurevich Evgeny, who acts as the operational head of the company, owns 35% of the share in the authorized capital of Project Point LLC. The remaining 14% belongs to Tarasov Mikhail Ivanovich.
