2023: Establishing a company

As TAdviser found out, in August 2023, 1C created a joint venture with Greenatom, the IT integrator of Rosatom. The company was named "Grintech." According to the database of legal entities Kontur.Focus, "its authorized capital is 160 million rubles. A share of 51% of the authorized capital is owned by 1C, and 49% is owned by Greenatom.

The main activity of Grintech is the development of computer software. But there are others: copying recorded media, trading in wholesale software, activities in the field of communication based on wired technologies, advisory activities and work in the field of computer technology, and a number of other areas.

Grintech was created to automate nuclear industry enterprises using 1C technologies

Since the end of 2020, Greenatom has the status of an official 1C partner. The company operates the 1C center, which in Greenatom itself was previously called one of the strongest technical and methodological centers for development and implementation in the country.

SAP products for automation of various processes have become widespread in Rosatom, but 1C products have been an important place in Rosatom's digital transformation for many years. In addition, even before 2022, ERP was designated in Rosatom as one of the areas of import substitution.

The 1C ERP: Rosatom solution has been implemented at enterprises since 2011[1]2020, Rosatom has been developing a project for the design, development, implementation and commissioning of the 1C ERP 2.0: Digital Rosatom system under a contract of 580 million rubles, designed for a period until 2025[2]

The project documentation states that as of 2019, more than 100 industry enterprises worked in the 1C ERP: Rosatom system - management companies, enterprises and plants of the engineering, fuel divisions, the science and innovation unit, design, engineering, fuel and energy, transport and service companies. The number of users of the system on the part of enterprises at that time was 8,775 people.
