SBKlaud develops and provides under the brands SBCloud, MakeCloud and RUSTEK a universal line of platform solutions and services for solving a wide range of business problems of clients of any scale: from startups to corporations. SBKlaud cloud platforms and services are deployed in the TrustInfo data center (corresponds to TierIII).

As of March 2022, 40.84% of the company belongs to Ai-Teco JSC, 32.92% to Ai-Teco Invest JSC, 15.27% to TrustInfo LLC, a share of 10.97% is owned by Aleksei Remizov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of I-Teco.

As a legal entity, the company was formed back in 2012, then it was called I-Teco New Engineering Technologies LLC (Novintekh LLC) and was positioned as a Russian company, specializing in the development and implementation of cloud services and solutions for managing IT infrastructure, business applications and data.
