2018

As of October 2018, the company already employs about 130 people, on average, the number of employees of the company increases by about 1.5 times a year.

The increase in the number of personnel is due, of course, to projects. Since the beginning of its operations, EVOLA has successfully completed more than 100 projects in such industries as the oil and gas sector. Focusing primarily on HR processes, EVOLA has developed, expanded its range of solutions and services and now also implements areas such as Business Analytics (SAP BI, Business Objects) and Business Process Management (SAP NetWeaver BPM), Health, Safety and Environmental Management (SAP EHSM), Risk Management (SAP GRC), Flexible Shift Planning (SAP WFM), cloud HR solutions (Success Factors, mobile applications (SAP Mobility).

Active project activity served as the basis for systematization and registration of accumulated experience and knowledge into ready-made pre-configured solutions - EVOLA Take-to-Run, containing the most universal processes and suitable for medium-sized companies of any industry that do not have specific requirements for personnel management processes. By pre-configuring all the algorithms necessary for the midsize enterprise, the time and cost of implementing the system is significantly reduced, which allows developing companies with less financial burden to switch to more modern and progressive software that contains more functions and capabilities.
