Representation of the connector for integration with Adobe Marketo Engage

On November 6, 2019 the Software AG company announced release of the certified connector for the Adobe Marketo Engage platform. This connector integrates the user SAP solutions Service Cloud or SAP Sales Cloud with the Marketo Engage platform, establishing direct link between data on clients and management tools service quality (CXM) from Adobe. Obtaining FSTEC certificate

On July 18, 2019 the SAP company announced obtaining certificates of the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control (FSTEC) of Russia on cloud solutions of SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Commerce Cloud (ex.SAP Hybris Commerce) and SAP Sales Cloud (ex. SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer). Certificates confirm that all implemented and stated safety features in SAP products function correctly. Read more here.

2018: Change of the name and inclusion in the SAP Commerce Cloud portfolio

In June, 2018 the SAP company provided the portfolios for integrated management of client experience of SAP Customer Experience, the included 5 cloud solutions which are earlier presented at the market under the SAP Hybris brand. Including the SAP solution Hybris Cloud for Customer which name was changed to SAP Sales Cloud.

2017

In the Russian data processing center

On November 21, 2017 the SAP CIS company announced placement of cloud solutions of SAP Hybris for e-commerce, marketing and customer relationship management in the Russian data processing center. Russia became the seventh country in which the company provided cloud products: SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer for automation of sales and customer service, SAP Hybris Commerce Cloud – for e-commerce and creation of marketplaces and also SAP Hybris Marketing Cloud – for the analysis and management of client experience.

SAP Hybris offers an end-to-end system for management of personalized marketing and omnichannel commerce, automating sales processes and service. The SAP solutions Hybris allow to move to a new level of digital marketing at the expense of the personalized customer interaction, creation of the systems of active sales and the analysis of a consumer behavior on social networks.

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer — a portfolio of cloud solutions of CRM allows to increase the level of marketing, sales, commerce, customer service and social interaction.
