2023: Acquisition of 49% stake by F + tech

F + tech (the parent company of F + tech Marvell) became a strategic partner and acquired a 49% stake in Getmobit , a Russian manufacturer of a secure digital platform for building and system management of workplace infrastructure in the corporate and public sectors. Representatives of Marvel Distribution reported this to TAdviser on February 7, 2023.

F + tech bought 49% in Getmobit from the owner of Lanit and the founder of Informzaschita

According to the interlocutor of Kommersant, familiar with the terms of the transaction, 35% of the share in the project was sold by the owner of the Lanit Group of Companies Philip Gens, another 14% of its 55% was sold by the co-founder of Informzaschita Pyotr Efimov. The Lanit Group of Companies confirmed the sale of shares, but did not disclose the amount of the transaction.^[1] According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, the founder and general director of Getmobit LLC Maria Rukavishnikova still owns 10% of ^[2] company.

Getmobit promotes the original GM Smart System product ecosystem with its own line of GM-Box G1 client hardware. It integrates with existing technologies and platforms: VDI, IP telephony, VKS applications, information security systems, as well as user peripherals. It has built-in information protection tools, can provide separate access to isolated information loops and implements many access control methods (password, token, biometrics, mobile application, smart card). According to the company's estimates, the estimated annual capacity of the available market in Russia for Getmobit products is 40 billion rubles.

According to Marvel Distribution, the strategic goal of the joint venture is to expand the presence of hardware and software solutions on the market for protecting and managing endpoint infrastructure. In 2023, it is planned to release new software products and release 20 thousand smart docking stations GM-Box. By 2024, companies will be engaged in the creation of a whole class of new generation domestic devices to meet the needs of the Russian market, including thin clients, monoblocks and IP-phones on the Russian electronic component base, as well as an increase in production capacity for the production of up to 100 thousand devices per year.

All Getmobit products are the intellectual property of the company, patented in Russia and abroad.

Cooperation with APR in the field of technology transfer for a smart office

On December 26, 2019, the Russian developer of solutions for automation of corporate and state offices Getmobit announced that, together with the Agency for Technological Development, they entered into a cooperation agreement.
